The last experience with Research Opinions was very poor. I was contacted an hour or so before the research group was due to meet.
I had emailed the individual responsible for the group multiple times after the session. The person ignored the emails. The only response I received from them was when I received their OOO for Christmas. I had to contact the generic Research Opinions email address to receive a response. When I was paid, I did not receive the amount stated in the written correspondence or agreement I signed.
Very disappointed with lack of service/communication from Research Opinions.

They don't answer calls, emails or get back to you at all, even after they call you to say you've been selected for a study. Unprofessional, unreliable! Tried all means of communication until I gave up! (Set the date6cuz it was around the date of the actual call)

Joined a focus group relating to EV vehicle charging options. The application was easy: a straightforward form followed by a follow-up phone call to confirm some details. The details for the group were send well in advance, The zoom meeting worked well, the facilitator was engaging and professional and the other participants were informative. The reward was sent as described. Overall, an enjoyable, well organised experience.

I was booked for some online research. When I hadn't received the necessary link ahead of the start time, I tried contacting the company by phone and by emailing the various addresses - all to no avail. I had cleared the decks to be ready for this work. I then waited an hour incase the link may suddenly apoear. It didn't. Have been badly let down. I know things can sometimes go wrong - but to not to properly communicate is unacceptable.

Friendly, helpful, accommodating and attentive staff. Wonderful, clean facilities, good layout where you can see and hear everything clearly. Would absolutely recommend.

I haven’t done market research in a while but when I saw this one come up it resonated so I applied.
Lots of people moan about giving away free data yada yada but we already give away free data everyday and yet they don’t moan about that lol!
Anyway I attended today’s session is was all made clear what it was about what it would entail and what we would receive. It was very prompt and to the timings , everything explained happened and payment was surprisingly swift (literally within few hours - so again not sure why there are moaners).
I’d definitely be willing to work with them again.

This experience was amazing. The hosts were very hospitable, this was my first market research experience and it won’t be my last.
