Ordered online 5th December, still yet to receive a dispatch notification or a response to my email query chasing up the delivery. Constantly restocking the website yet can’t keep up with the orders that they’re getting? Also a bit ironic the only reviews they’re responding to on here are the positive ones. Was supposed to be a Christmas present 🤷🏻

First time ever placing an order with this company and the very last customer service is non - existent I’ve emailed set up wattsapp absolutely nothing in regards to communication I placed an order for a black hoodie at £160.00 not cheap they have taken payment over 3 weeks ago and have no communication since nothing to even say it’s left the warehouse this was supposed to be a Christmas present disappointment is a understatement would never place an order again and if item doesn’t arrive then it will be 5 weeks after Christmas I will be going to my bank for a refund such a shame as looks good quality and good branding but to take money and not honour orders is terrible!!! Be ware of this company!!!
£800 order, no parcel and no response
A loyal returning customer. Ordered on the 20th November for Black Friday, £800 order has still not arrived, no shipping update from Evri, 7 emails, tweet and and a message on instagram sent with STILL no response. Absolutely horrific.
We are repeaters
We are repeaters! I got my DD a hoodie last year and again this year! Both came with no issues with the packaging. We received this year's hoodie rather quickly. They are both made well as far as the quality.

Absolutely awful company ordered items on the 30th November paid for next day delivery. Not received anything,contacted them 3 times and once via instagram heard nothing. Going through my bank now to get a refund.

I returned some trousers 16 days ago and have had no confirmation of any refund or acknowledgement at all. I have reached out to the customer service team who advised a refund would be received 10 days after the return was delivered. It has now been more than this and I have not heard anything.

As you can see from the pictures below you sent me just one! When I was meant to receive two hoodies “TEAL”!
I spoke to the driver! I even called DPD and they have confirmed that there was no other packages under the same delivery reference number!
Also as you can see you sent ONE small package. And it clearly says one of one! On the label!

I ordered a signed jersey from this company, it was supposed to be delivered in SEPTEMBER, it was just delivered on DECEMBER 7th. All they did was refund the delivery cost and gave excuse after excuse for why they couldn’t provide the product. They kept saying “next week, next week”. This is a horrible company and shouldn’t be trusted!

Wrong order delivered
Wrong order delivered, my 17 year old son ordered 2 pair of trainers and a jacket, an order came 1 water bottle and a large t-shirt, he is a size X small or small, after constant emails and calls for over 3 weeks not heard a thing, I wouldn't even give it a 1 star rating but had to or this would not get posted. He's 17 years old, 178.00 came out of his acct to receive a water bottle and tshirt that doesn't fit, disgusting customer service.

I couldn't order for the longest time because I would get an error with my payment. There are zero issues with my payment options on my end but for whatever reason their website wouldn't accept it. After several emails back and forth that took way too long to receive the issue was never resolved. After waiting several months I tried again and was able to order a shirt. When I received my shirt it was defective with holes in it. After reaching out through email, I still haven't heard back after a week. Completely unacceptable, poor customer service and poor quality. Avoid at all costs.
Poor experience, lacklustre resolutions
I bought a t-shirt from here not too long ago and after 1 wear and wash, there was threading coming up from both the back and the arms. I reached out to them and after waiting days for a reply, the absolute best they could offer (after numerous emails back and forth) was either 25% off my order, or a 25% discount code to use on a future order. Quite poor given the tshirt was £100!! Never again. Poor quality and poor customer service

I still have not received my shipment and no reply after 6 emails and no phone number to contact represent clothing. EXTREMELY POOR customer service. I am now forced to contact the back to get a refund.!!!!
