No sign of my son’s birthday present
Ordered a jacket for my son’s birthday and it’s been 3 months and no news. Not even a tracking number to say it’s been shipped. I’ve contacted their customer service which is very difficult and they keep saying it should be dispatched within the next couple of weeks, which is what they said when I first contact them over a month prior! I really hope they are not a scam!!

No number to actually speak to a human, emails take days to reply, refunds take WEEKS thats if you're lucky, you have to pay for delivery AND to return items.
The whole process is just a nightmare, so stressful. AVOID!

I ordered a present for Father’s Day
I ordered a present for Father’s Day, the courier delivered the parcel to the wrong address. I let the company know straight away but was told that it would take 2 weeks to investigate so I was left without the gift. I then waited 2 weeks and had to contact the company as they never got back to me. They offered me a refund or to ship the goods out again but one of the items had gone down in the sale and was out of stock so I chose a refund. They then only part refunded the order so I contacted them straight away when I received the refund confirmation but they haven’t got back to me. I have since emailed chasing at least twice and not had any response. Customer service is terrible and I am now £46.75 down and got no goods?
Don't believe the hype
Managed to fall for the hype again after a poor first experience. Ordered the 24/7 pant which may look great and the material is good, but the stitching is wonky, edges frayed and not what you would expect for a pair of trousers that were £130. The level of craftsmanship is very poor. Ordered from END, so nothing that can be done.

It actually Pains me to do this but Represent you have really let yourself down! I’m a VIP customer Spent a fortune on this brand over time and been so invested in its journey but the treatment I have has over the last two orders is nothing short of a joke! The CS team in non existent and the only email I have had from them was so short, abrupt and so rude I honestly Can now never shop this brand again… for reference I had 4 outstanding orders all were delivered very (delayed) on the same day but one wasn’t sent to me,I contacted CS as on the ‘Proof’ of purchase you could see it was in a different location to the others they replied to me 16 days later saying ‘Contact the police its not here issue as its clearly been stolen’ I replied and still 5 weeks later had no response. So shocking!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waiting for refunds for over a month getting sent the wrong items and they don’t reply to any emails.
I have sent 15 emails with no reply they have a WhatsApp number that’s also no reply.
I can’t understand how they call themselves a luxury brand when they ignore emails from customers.
And there isn’t any other way to make contact with them shocking to say the least so angry.

We have placed na order with Black friday and sent ik back to Represent. We have also paid. On 7 december the pakkage was back at represent. After 7 e-mails no answer yet and oir money also not back. Please be careful for those people.

I’d give a zero if I could! Don’t shop here, lots of other quality brands that give a much better customer service! I agree with the other statement, owners of Represent need to take a serious look at their business or it’s done! I am a regular customer and placed orders in November for Christmas. One of the items just never arrived. Represent to date have made no effort to inform me of this and I’ve chased and chased, they have gone radio silent via there supposed ‘support hub’
They have my money but doesn’t look like they have the intention of fulfilling the order or getting back to me. I’ll never give them my custom again!!

£400 order with supposed next working day delivery… ordered on the 28th and still no dispatch! Had a similar issue with a previous order. Company seems to be biting off more than it can chew while the owners run round making YouTube videos. I’ve been a customer from back in the day and never had these issues until now. Shame really.
Worse customer service
Ordered 3 separate orders, exchange and refund needed, emailed a couple times after the first response they’ve went radio silent and they’re holding 500£ worth of items and i’ve been waiting over a month to get my exchange and refund!

£100 T shirt was received with marks on. I had also ordered 2 sizes and was having trouble logging the return for the non-faulty T-shirt which was too big. Waited 3 weeks for a reply for them to say there was no issues with the portal and ignored the part of my message about the faulty T-shirt. Has been a month since I initially messaged and still no reply about this.

Awful company to deal with
Awful company to deal with order of a sweatshirt and hoodie arrived and we're huge sent back 29th Nov, got email to say had received return in warehouse 2nd December but still no refund or replacement. I asked to be refunded for 1 and send smaller size of other, was supposed to be my son's Christmas present! I have emailed and sent WhatsApp messages over last 2 weeks and all have had is we will respond in 24hrs generic email, not good especially considering price!
