DELL Inspiron 13 7000 series again as before.
For several months I was using my DELL continuously attached to the powercord. The battery was no longer working and in fact had increased in thickness, pushing out the mousepad.
I bought a new one via ReplaceDirect and the replacement was easy. All is working perfectly. Again able to work hours without being connected to the power cord.

Outstanding service. Received product with a very short delay as specifyed, and the product was the one needed. The web site is the most accurate, I think, gives several informations (product name, serial number) giving de best chances to find exactly the right replacement product.
