Everything went smoothly and communication was excellent.

Never came to collect after booking it in twice and waiting around for two days. Would not recommend.

Fast, efficient, accurate, comprehensive service

My experience couldn't have been any better. I put the details on the website and was given a competitive quote which I accepted. The dealer contacted me promptly and arranged a suitable collection time. The driver who collected my car couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly. I said that there were issues involving access which he said he would sort out and he was as good as his word. He arrived on time and everything was sorted within 5 minutes.

They then rang me 18 times a day!?!? for 3 days
They ignored an email i sent them,
When i rang them, they were soooo rude
I'd avoid Redcorn.

dodgy dealer collected my wife's car, "helpfully" took the new keeper slip and didnt post it. We've now been left with over £500 of tickets!

“ We guarantee your scrap price & payment, No charges, No hidden costs, No hidden surprises” - well that wasn’t the case in my experience with this company. I inputted my registration I was then provided with an instant quote, no further questions or “add extra detail box”. It was refreshing that you didn’t have to input all your personal details at this point…that’s where the positives end.

The car was complete, original and had the keys & V5 however it did not run. Having played around with the site it appears if you input a newer vehicle it does ask extra questions (mileage, if it runs etc) but as this was a 20+ year old car it was purely scrap value and the website doesn’t ask for any further details.

I accepted the quote of £303, inputted the details as requested and everything seemed to run smoothly. That was until the service provider failed to contact me. Not to worry - I had their details so I called them. They didn’t have any collection spots for over a week. They asked me if it ran and I explained no. They immediately lowered their quote to £250.

I cancelled this and contacted removemycar customer service, they asked for photos of the engine which I sent, they said they would get back to me - I haven’t heard anything from them since.

In summary;
-The “price Guarantee means absolutely nothing”.
-the customer service is non existent.

Always worth googling prices for “vehicle collection”. Remove My Car - gave the best Quote, agreed the amount and the collection of the vehicle was arranged.Payment into
my bank account was duly received.

Absolute crap company offers good money for a car then decides they dont have a truck big enough to carry it and just cancels instead of putting it out to a different contractor

I booked remove my car online, once I’d put my details in the fields they called within minutes. Had an early pick up slot. The driver called to say on his way. Everything was fine and money for the car was in my account within a day or so. I would definitely recommend Remove My Car.

Been using this company last few years . Easy to use money was in my bank in a few hours always great service . Only draw back I was told between 1& 3 and came at 9am . Driver was polite and was sorted in no time thank you

It is a superb service! Everything was straight forward. I was actually getting an error of my own doing (entering account number in the sort code field), I called them and spoke to a person that help me with my own stupidity (and without having to wait for hours on end on hold). Once the "booking" was done, the company responsible for picking the car call me back. Then the guy coming on the day, also gave me the heads up. He filled the online form too (Thank you!!!). Communication was brilliant. To be honest I was very impress of how efficient everything was. Regarding the payment, what they quote, they paid, and I think it took 3 days. Will definitely recommend. Thank you all! You were brilliant!!! PS: Give some tips to broadband companies, show them how it is done

Really liked the way they work, put the reg into their site, price is quoted instantly chap arrives to get it, few moments of admin and off it goes.

Saying that it was oddly sad seeing my son’s first car off to be recycled after 4 years of sterling service which was the only bad thing about the whole process.
