This is completely ridiculous and utterly unprofessional. I have now wasted THREE days waiting for a collection that was repeatedly booked and confirmed by your company, yet nobody has turned up.
I have had to rearrange my plans and even take a full day off work to accommodate your collection, only to be left waiting with absolutely no explanation or communication. This is an unacceptable way to treat a customer.
Your repeated failure to provide the service you promised has caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and a direct loss of my time and earnings. I should not have to keep chasing you or repeatedly make arrangements because your company cannot fulfil a confirmed collection.

The dealer contacted me promptly and arranged a suitable collection time. The driver who collected my car couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly. I said that there were issues involving access which he said he would sort out and he was as good as his word. He arrived on time and everything was sorted within 5 minutes.
