Easy ordering process but be careful with the timing!

I live outside of Belgium but my best friend moved there and had given birth to a baby boy so I wanted to send her some nice blue flowers. The online ordering process was really easy, no trouble in doing it in English, payment also went smoothly. Eventually also my friend was really happy with the bouquet and it lasted well over a week. the only problem was - I specified the delivery day for a particular date (when I knew she will be back from hospital) but it was delivered only the following day on the evening. A bit disappointing...

Good customer service, but bad experience.

I'm a Belgian living in Portugal and I decided to send flowers to my sister in Belgium for her 30st birthday. I ordered 2 days in advance, and payed immediately. The day after her birthday I discovered however that she didn't get any flowers. I called the florist, who wasn't aware of any order coming from regionbloemist. So I called the customer service in Belgium, a quite expensive experience as I was calling from Portugal. The lady was very kind and efficient. Even on a Saturday she managed to make the flowers to be delivered. But this doesn't change the delay and bad communication. My surprise was expensive and ruined. Won't use this service again or even recommend it to anyone.

a very different boeket delivered than chosen and later delivered than asked

After carefully chosen the best boeket for my aunt, I was chocked to see the picture of the flowers my aunt sent me. It did not match at all with the white, green boeket that I had chosen. I placed the order with Alpenroosje that is just a couple streets from my aunt, and asked on Monday for a morning delivery on Wednesday, but it wasn't until 2:30pm that my aunt received it. The answer I got when I complained was that my aunt was happy with the flowers she received. Of course, she didn't know which I ordered. When I place an order, it is my expectation that the flowers I pick will be delivered, and not the flowers that other people want to deliver.

Delivery on time, but why call the receiver before delivery, unfortunately then it is not a surprise !

Delivery was on time and date and I gave a lot of (sufficient) information for the deliverer. It was my point of giving a surprise to my wife, but the deliverer decided otherwise: he called my wife on her cellphone 30 minutes before delivery asking if she was home and that he was going to deliver flowers ???? I put all the information on the form that you have to fill in, just because to avoid a things like that, I wanted to be a surprise. Therefore, for me it was a rather disappointing experience.

Very ok, but wasn't delivered on the same day.

I managed to order flowers for my wife through my smartphone. I don't think the site was developed with "Mobile First" in mind, but I managed to order it on a small screen. I gave the wrong postal-code but they quickly answered and fixed this when I replied to the order. So kudos for the mail support.
What I missed was something to track the flowers. It arrived the next day, while I understood it would have been delivered the same day as I ordered it in the morning, hence 4 stars.

Fantastic

I send a flower arragement to my sister on 1 october for her 70th birthday. She was so glad that she phoned me the same day. Her husband made pihotos of my gift an mailed them. Today 11 october I received an other one. The service from regiobloemist is great. Thanks.

A very bad experience!

We had a funeral for a very good friend. We ordered flowers by the "regiobloemist" because in all the stress of preparing the funeral we forgot to buy it in the flower shop. The site promised beautiful things! But the flowers didn't come! We received a phone call to call back. They told us that flowers for a funeral must be ordered a day in advance. This IS NOT communicated on the website! We have to pay immediately and now we can waited for 30 days to get our money back. We are angry and disappointed.

delivery was too late...

Nice flowers but when ordered at D-1, was expecting to have the flowers delivered the day after as advertised.

But they weren't. When contacting them the day after, only get as excuse that they has some email problems.

If you pay 80€ to get flowers for someone, you at least expect them to be on time. Now it looks like we've forgotten her.
