The bouquet was beautiful, but it was delivered three days after the scheduled date. For a birthday, this is important. The florist marked the order as delivered twice, even though it was not. I had to have a long back-and-forth with the company. I don’t think I will use their services again in the future.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. We contacted them from Slovenia to help us surprise our daughter on her birthday, as she lives 1,200 km away from home. The surprise was a success! Since we didn’t quite find our way around the website, they responded to all our questions by email “in no time,” and within one day we had answers to everything. We highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a big bouquet of peonies, which arrived with closed buds and never opened. From the first sight, it was obvious that the peonies had been cut too early and were never even going to open. I texted the shop, and instead of offering a replacement, they told me to first cut the stems, then rinse the buds, remove the slimy layer, cut them again.. put them in a different place.. only for the peonies to never open. In total, I texted them 4 times asking for a replacement bouquet, and each time I got a new recommendation on what to do with the flowers. (Support request 89723).
I mean, why not send a replacement to an upset customer? Now, a week after, the flowers are dying after never having opened. It was 60 euros, “many thanks” for this bouquet.
I had to order another one from another shop because my friend was left without a birthday present.
Unacceptable
Order placed on 11May with a requested delivery on the 16th - paid 9.90 euro delivery fee. Was delivered on 19th. For fresh flowers this is unacceptable, needless to say flowers are not looking too fresh. Disappointed and totally overpriced for poor delivery.

Regiobloemist.nl has been an absolute disappointment. They completely messed up my order’s scheduling, and the delivery experience was horrendous. The courier they use (DHL) is unreliable—the driver didn’t even bother checking if the recipient was available at the delivery address. Instead of redelivering, they expect us to pick up the flowers from a service point an hour away, which defeats the whole purpose of home delivery. To make matters worse, they refuse to support refunds, leaving customers stranded with no solution. I would strongly advise against using this florist—it’s a waste of money and a frustrating experience.

IT TURNED OUT THAT IT WAS STILL DELIVERED ON HIS CHRISTMAS EVE, DEC 24TH IN THE EVENING. THEY OBVIOUSLY FILLED THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY. UNBELIEVABLE!! I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER AS WAS THE RECIPIENT WHO PROUDLY DISPLAYED THE BEAUTIFUL PIECE CHRISTMAS DAY. THANK YOU SO MUCH REGIOBLOEMIST. YOU DESERVE A 10 STAR RATING. BY THE WAY THIS TURNED OUT TO BE THE MOST AMAZING PLANT. OVER A MONTH LATER THERE ARE 6 BLOOMS WHICH ACCORDING TO THE RECIPIENT IS VERY SPECIAL AND EXTRODINARY. Order delivered but far away from picture in internet
Was ordering for best friend living in Netherlands from abroad (EU). Order was delivered and notification e-mail was received, but the order was delivered far away from the picture in internet (even the only amaryllis was changed to another flower, but was ordering specially with amaryllis).
Order not delivered and no response from the seller
Update: I have received a response saying the wilted flowers will be delivered this week (more than 3 days since it's supposed to be delivered) and Adina the responder said: "I suggest to wait for your delayed package to arrive at the recipient's house and to see how the flowers will look like when they are delivered."
What kind of service is this?! The worst service ever!

I ordered flowers from Regiobloemist from Indonesia as a surprise for my partner in Belgium, but the entire experience was extremely disappointing. The order was never delivered, and despite contacting customer service, I received no response to my complaint.
The DPD driver claimed they couldn’t deliver the package, but my partner was at home all day, ready to receive it. I specifically chose a Saturday delivery to ensure the timing worked, yet the flowers ended up sitting in storage and are likely ruined by now.
This failure robbed me of a meaningful moment I had planned with my partner—something truly priceless. To make matters worse, I have no clarity on whether I’ll get a replacement, and since my partner won’t be at home on weekdays, arranging a new delivery feels impossible.
I am deeply frustrated by the lack of communication and the complete breakdown of service. This was a special gesture, and Regiobloemist failed to deliver on their promise.

Extremely disappointing experience
Despite the note requesting to call and confirm the time of delivery beforehand, they showed up at the door when my girlfriend was away and only then bothered to call a) disclosing that the delivery was flowers (leaving thus no chance for a proper surprise), b) refusing to deliver at different time/place and c) asking her to come pick it up at the shop. The bouquet itself was composed of flowers that were completely different and looked much less colorful as compared to those advertised on the website, and even these started withering already after three days.

The company made sure to have the flowers delivered on time to the funeral home. What I ordered was exactly what was sent. I really appreciated the instant communication.
