Arrived in time and delivered bed up the stairs quickly and efficiently

So efficient! Kept me informed the whole way. Delivery guys were extremely helpful. Would definitely use them again for services.

We were impressed with the way our sofas were completely sealed against the weather. The delivery was done quickly and efficiently, the men delivered when they said they would and were pleasant and polite.

Staff in store were helpful & friendly, and our tv unit was delivered on the day and time expected.

Quick, knowledgeable advice. Delivery itself was smooth and the men who delivered the couch knew what they were doing and were very helpful. Altogether a good experience and will certainly use Regency again (as I have in the past).

Only comment is that it would be helpful if overshoes were used to avoid marking carpet

Thank you so much for our new sofa! We were so excited to have it delivered! The guys turned up earlier than I expected, bought the sofa in (it came in parts) really quickly and with no hassle, put it exactly where I wanted it and put it together so fast and efficiently it was like watching an F1 pit crew change a tyre! Thanks again so much and the delivery guys were great!

I was hoping the bed would be put together by the people who delivered it so I was disappointed to hear that I would have to pay more to have that done for me.
