We loved working with Reform on our new kitchen. It was our first time doing a project like this and our designer, Ole Kutz, guided us expertly. He helped us with our overall vision and was also very detail-oriented. Reform were flexible and open to our ideas for customisation. They also stuck to the timescale that they initially outlined. We would highly recommend.

Flora Nevers from Reform was excellent. I had a perfect experience with her. She professionally advised and answered every question I had. She's very capable, a good listener and an incredibly nice person on top of everything else. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I did not order a kitchen but was simply blown away by the arrogance of the sales representative. when talking about electricity being installed and measurements being taken he insisted that I have to take down the whole existing set up in the kitchen. otherwise they couldn't measure correctly and couldn't guarantee for proper installation of the kitchen. WOW, haha! and for this they want you to spend 20k+ for a normal sized kitchen.

We are in the early stages of planning our kitchen with Reform, and the experience has been excellent so far. Rusne has been incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process with great care and attention to detail. Since my sister already has a Reform kitchen for several years and is very happy with it, it was an easy decision to plan ours here as well. The Berlin showroom has a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere, making the process both enjoyable and efficient. Looking forward to the next steps!

We had a great expzrience dealing with Reform and one of their designers, Ole. Very clear line of communication, efficient and listening our needs in tailoring our project. Although we did not ultimately end up ordering as it fell out of our price range, CPH offers great products and tailoring options.

So far, I’ve had a wonderful experience with Reform. During our first meeting about my kitchen, Rusne explained all the options in detail, and I’m really excited to continue working with her.

Reform Kitchen – Perfection in Every Detail!

I discovered the Reform kitchen in the showroom in Altona, Hamburg, and was impressed from the very beginning. The initial consultation with Vivian and Veronika, as well as the subsequent contact with Maia, was exceptional – professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. Every question I had was answered with great patience, and I immediately felt I was in the best hands.

The entire process, from planning to delivery, was perfectly organized. What stood out the most was that I was kept informed about every step of the delivery process. The kitchen looks even more stunning than it did in the showroom!

For any questions or potential challenges, the team at Reform found professional and satisfactory solutions. The service was good, making the entire experience enjoyable.

Dante is a true perfectionist in detail and understands the architect's needs perfectly. When dealing with the client, she is very attentive and agile in communication. Everything has been perfect.

I had a design consultation for my kitchen project in Milan with Rusne. She was knowledgeable and and detail-oriented throughout the process. Since our kitchen is in Italy and there is no Reform showroom there, we visited the showroom in Berlin instead. The materials in a very high quality and beautifully crafted. The entire planning process at Reform is made simple and enjoyable for customers even if they don’t live in Berlin. Highly recommended!

We have just ordered our kitchen and the process has been very smooth. Starting from our first online meeting with Ole from Reform to the close and friendly follow-up afterwards. We got important help on solutions and choosing the right appliances. I especially liked that we were followed-up by one person throughout the process. A truly great experience!

I really enjoyed working on the ideas for my PLATE kitchen and I am must say I am still very satisfied with the final result! I enjoyed both the process of creation and the attention to details that Reform has dedicated to my project. Great showroom experience with outstanding designs and very competent consultings with Christina who guided us through a big kitchen project for a privat client.

Ole has been such a friendly and well-informed guide throughout this process, and has given me huge faith that we will love our kitchen once it's finally in. His design aptitude and encouragement have reduced stress every step of the way and made this a very positive experience indeed.

My partner and I have been dreaming of a reform kitchen for a while as my sister works in that company and I have been quite an insider of many of their designs. Yet before the big project once turns real we decided to go for a side board. We chose the playful Muller van Severen design. Designing it together with Reform team, choosing the colors was super fun and we are very happy with the final result.

Reform and my advisor Ole Kutz were diligent in following up on my many requests, and patient in implementing a stream of changes. I particularly liked Reform's interactive model for trying out different solutions, and being able to see how changes affected the total price of the kitchen in real time.

If you’re the type of person that enjoys cooking or just want to open their kitchen cupboard, please don’t buy. Once you have a tiny bit of grease on the cupboards, it will stain. No matter what you do. I’ve had to resort to putting tea towels on every one of my cupboard openings.

I want to breakdown my experience with Reform to give you a balanced view and highlight some of the key issues that I’ve had with REFORM.

1.Design- The design process was the only part that worked well. Feedback from Dante, my POC, was thoughtful and I didn’t feel rushed at all..so in just a few weeks the kitchen was finalised ( this was in August)

Everything else went wrong.
2. Counter-I cant advise you enough- DO NOT use REFORM as a middle man to order the counter- go directly to the supplier (especially in NL). It took 4 months to finalise the counter (double the time it took for the kitchen!) and months of back and forth. Why? Because I spotted that the specs for the counter delivered to the supplier were not the specs we agreed on, which was why the quote came at double cost! Additionally it would always take weeks to get feedback from the supplier via Reform… but when I contacted the supplier myself (out of frustration) it would take a couple hours/days at most to hear back. Apart from time wasted, they had then sold the counter of my dreams in that time because Reform couldn’t get it together.

3. In regards to CS- what CS?
I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with Nina from Reforms Customer ‘success team’ which is possibly one of the most uncooperative CS experience I’ve ever had. Example- Reform delivered 2 incorrect parts ( didn’t have the right holes) which came to light when my kitchen was being installed. After contacting Nina from CS she told me, that if the installer was professional they would have just fixed it (wow) and if I can’t do it myself (ofcourse, voiding my guarantee if something were to go wrong) I need to wait 2-4 weeks for 2 spare parts when their terms and conditions state 5-7 days. 3 weeks in and constant back and forth and I’ve yet to receive my replacements + will have to endure large costs with getting in the installers twice and reform has offered no compensation, just more arrogance from their CS team and lack of initiative to get the matter resolved quickly.

I shared constructive feedback with my POC about my experience before even writing a review and I received empty words on how they will try to fix the chaos of their processes. And why empty words? Because when I asked them how they attempted to resolve the issues with he counter (the counter cant be done without the kitchen assembled and that has a 4 week lead time) my POC,…. Simply. Stopped. Replying. And to make matters worse, ignored my requests to call and talk though a resolution.

As you can tell I haven’t written anything about the actual product itself because they are still sitting in boxes in my house, ( so I will leave that to the other reviews) and tbh at this point I’m don’t care about the product because my experience has been so awful. I started the process with reform in July and now in November I still dont know whether I’ll be able to spend my Christmas with my family in my own home because I don’t have a kitchen.

Overall, not customer or solution orientated business, CS is condescending and dismissive and providing a good experience is not at the heart of this company. My family, friends & most influentially my colleagues have been part of this saga and certainly won’t be ordering from REFORM.

**update**- received my spare parts 4 weeks later ( still incorrect) + Reform promised to speed up lead times with the supplier to have my order before Xmas. Spoke to the supplier who confirmed they never did anything of the sort. Truly terrible company. 1 star.

Buyer Beware. Poor Quality Cabinet Faces.
I purchased a Profile kitchen from Reform after visiting their Brooklyn showroom in summer '23.
The design is great, the process was easy, the delivery on time and the install for the most part was ok using one of their recommended installers.
BUT....the quality of the cabinets is extremely poor. The cabinet faces starting chipping after a couple of weeks. Initially, Reform took responsibility and replaced 2 fronts that were chipped. Shortly thereafter, I had several more fronts chip. Reform mailed me a couple of paint touch up pens that were dried out and didn't work. Even if they did, I was skeptical of my doing a self serve repair on the faces. Reform insisted the pen was the solution and mailed me another dried out paint pen. Next, Reform advised that I go to the paint store to purchase the paint to touch it up. I declined that solution. When you open the cabinet doors they bang into each other and there are spaces between the cabinets. . I have been dealing with Reform’s Customer Service since last fall when I installed the kitchens. It will soon be a year and I have half of the faces with chips.
There is a 3 year warranty on the faces which they don't seem to recognize. The production team says "it is normal wear and tear". Trust me it is not normal. I've owned everything from Ikea to Valcucine and have never experience anything like this.
The latest is that they have changed suppliers for the paint pens and want to mail me yet another for me to paint my own cabinets that are chipped. There is no US support so I am forced to deal with people hiding behind an email. What about the 3 year warranty for the faces? What's beautiful design worth if the quality isn't good?

I've had a truly great experience with Reform. Besides their unique design in kitchens, the whole design and sale process went super smooth. I designed my kitchen together with William Kjaer, and from our very first interaction, William was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in understanding my vision and needs. I never felt rushed or pressured. The combination of quality products and very good customer service sets them apart. I’m so happy with my new kitchen, the result is exactly what I envisioned :)
