Reform Reviews

We are very happy with the help we received at reform. They will guide you in the process and give good tips where necessary. All in all very happy with Reform!

Ole is fantastic:

He really helped us in trying to select the right materials, finishes etc.. My gf and had a fantastic experience with him at the showroom.

I don’t own a Reform kitchen, but their designs are stunning! I walked past their showroom on Kantstraße and was amazed by how stylish and unique a kitchen can be. Rusne, the consultant, gave me a great overview of their products—even though I was just browsing out of curiosity.

From checking out the website and shortly after walking through the door for the first time to the end of the design process the experience has been absorbing and delightful. After the initial consultation about my wardrobe needs with Ilka I had changed my mind aesthetically and enthusiastically. I always enjoy the back and forth conversation of creativity and Ilka was a more than willing partner in that dialog during my two visits. The quality of the materials and build are terrific to boot. Can't wait for the install…

Reform kitchens are beautiful, and the help provided by Dante was really exceptional. She was very helpful and warm, and always available to answer any questions and help guide us.

One note for Reform - a piece of our kitchen was forgotten in the original delivery. This was flagged on your system. But it took us chasing you to receive the forgotten part. It also took a while to arrive.

Great support and kitchen quality. Christina was a great help and had fantastic ideas on how to plan for the right solutions.

Wonderful experience in the Berlin showroom; I love the designs, the collaborations, and the team!

Although I chose not to progress with Reform beyond the initial quotation stage, I was impressed by their easy to use online quote and follow up emails with their design teams.

I’ve known Reform for a couple of years through their amazing collaborations with designers and architects. I love the quality of their products. I’ve also had several design consultations with Rusne, which have been super helpful and inspiring planing our own kitchen

I’ve been considering a kitchen upgrade for a while and finally visited Reform Kitchen’s showroom. The consultation was excellent—informative, friendly, and tailored to my needs.

The planning process for the kitchen was executed in a very professional way and with attention to detail. Big kudos to Rusne, she did a wonderful job! Nothing was impossible, although we started completely from scratch, with a big ambition. The result looks stunning!

Very responsive and helpful

Had a great experience at the Reform Berlin showroom! The team was super helpful, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and gave great advice without any pressure.

Beautifully furnished showroom with excellent service and qualified adivice & guidance through my special kitchen project.

We had a great planning session with Rusne at the Reform showroom in Berlin. She understood exactly what we wanted and found creative and constructive solutions. Communication before and afterwards was transparent and swift.
Thank you!

I normally avoid buying from ads on Instagram but the concept sounded really appealing so gave it a go. Got the collagen coffee & matcha pack and Its now part of my daily routine. I really look forward to having it every morning and I can definitely already feel the benefits. Is there a referral program to send to friends?

The Reform shows is beautifully designed and really showcases the quality of their kitchens. Seeing everything in person—the materials, colors, and details—makes such a difference. It’s a great space for getting inspired!

We had a meeting at the showroom where we could see and touch the different materials. Thanks to the salesperson, we understood the different steps to take and got an idea of how to plan our kitchen. 10/10.

Gorgeous kitchen and wonderful customer Service. Ole was incredibly helpful and patient, he helped me understand the best options for my space and worked through various designs with me to find the one I loved most. Reform also helped provide excellent kitchen fitters and overall the service and quality was top from beginning to end!

As interior designers, we collaborated with Reform for one of our clients as we appreciate their designs.
It is now been a year since we signed the agreement and we still do not have a completed kitchen.
The whole process with Reform is extremely complicated and unprofessional from conception to delivery and mounting.
Reform is impossible to reach by email or phone, the customer service is completely inexistant.
Our delivery was delayed several times, we had no update on the delivery dates, the kitchen was supposed to be delivered in the 7th floor appartement and was left on the street.
When it was finally delivered, the countertop dimensions were off, we were not able to install the cooker hob and several fronts were damaged.

The overall quality is not meeting the high prices.
As professional interior designers, we strongly advise against working with this company.
