Ms Zoe Heron was very professional in the way she dealt with matters,,,,she was very thorough and precise in the things she was saying on my behalf,,and tried to be as straightforward as possible as to the outcome of my case,,she did this in a very polite and kind way,therefore,basically letting me kind of understand what could happen,,,,
i was very nervous when i arrived at the court,,,and i was made to feel very

The service we received was outstanding, and we could not wish for more. All communication was prompt, well-explained to us, and transparent.

We have used Reeds twice for quite different purposes. On both occasions, our solicitors have been excellent. Nathan was wonderful, relaxed , informed and very professional. Complete opposite to previous solicitor. More money but you get what you pay for, he was very successful for us and led us thru a very traumatic experience which we can now put behind us forever. In the long run he saved us alot of money , held our hand and totally dispelled the lies of the previous company.

Ayelen from Reeds was the second lawyer I consulted for my challenging case with a very low chance of winning. My first consultation with another lawyer from a different law firm disappointed me. He did not try to understand the whole situation and advised me to "basically" give up and not waste more money to hire a solicitor for the letter.

I believe they work with the police the police had evidence go missing which reeds never done anything about,1 caseworker was there who i was told paperwork had gone missing in the mail until i told her i put it through the door myself.Then the new lady AIOFE took over but it was too late as a lot of paperwork had gone missing as did evidence on devices the police seized from my home address no one cares as they are on the payroll SHOCKING DEFENCE from the Barrister MY SON GOT $ YEARS and Reeds were useless,They work with the police please avoid at all costs if you value your family life find a better solicitor so many questions were left un answered lives ruined for someone innocent who has been sentenced so Avoid .

Kate was brilliant in her approach. She understood every single detail with utter carefulness and has high emotional intelligence. Kate was thorough with her points and made sure I was listened to.
Kate took care of the matter in a way that I could depend on her and trust her.
