Don’t bother with supermarkets for Asian bottled and canned ingredients, and the fresh produce is just that. Fresh. And cheap. Brilliant.

Absolutely Outstanding
Placed an order for Yellow Dragon fruit which are near impossible to source in the UK. Order came quickly, very well packed. Fruit was absolutely perfect, delicious, ripe and ready to eat. I am not keen on importing exotic fruit because of the environmental issues but I wanted seeds and this was by far the cheapest and only way of getting guaranteed, yellow dragon fruit seeds. I have not used Red Rickshaw before but from my experience I would rate them "Outstanding" and will buy from them again.

Over ripe & rotten Fruit
Massively disappointed in the mangoes I ordered.
I ordered 2 boxes of 6, but different varieties.
6 Alphonso mangoes, and 6 Bandami.
9 out of the 12 mangoes were over ripe, with very wrinkled skins, and the black/brown rotting flesh in some parts.
Inedible.
The apple bananas , surprisingly were green and unripe.
I will Never use thus company again, and will never recommend.

Very disappointed with the 12 mango I…
Very disappointed with the 12 mango I ordered. Delivery was on time but the mango was too soft and the skins were black. I could not cut open with out making a mess. I do not believe it got that soft during the delivery period, I did not expect that for the price I paid.

I am a very happy customer of Red Rickshaw…
Living in rural Wales I was delighted to find an online Asian food store which sells fresh vegetables and fruits. I am made over to be able to make drumstick curry again and okra fry. Both of these veggies were beautifully fresh when they arrived. They tried to help find pepper water balls like my grandma used when I was a kid (sadly without luck) but a lot of effort was went to which I found very helpful. I love the extensive range of pickles. Drumstick pickle was something I’d not tried before and I love it. There are lots of vegetables that I wish I knew what to do with them but both my grandma and mum died before it occurred to me to ask about. Prices are pretty reasonable too. I am certain that I will be a continuing customer of Red Rickshaw.

Quick convenient quality
Quick convenient service, quality goods … just wouldn’t get the chapattis again as I didn’t realise they were frozen … they did come packed well, but unfortunately they came thawed out … which has become a waste to me because they can’t be refrozen 😩 But apart from that I found everything else ok, even shopping on their website was easy. 😀 Had it not been for the chapptis I would have given 5 stars.
