I had some issues with the online customization tool, and the customer service and account management teams were super responsive and resolved these issues quickly. They also had some recommendations to make the print quality better. The video brochures look beautiful!

Great Experience
Great experience. Excellent communication throughout the process. I didn't expect to have a project manager, so that was nice. I was assured my cards would come to me by a certain date, and they arrived on time. The quality of the cards is excellent - great color and overall product. 10/10

Samples are 5 Star; phone calls are a Zero.
We are very appreciative of the samples you provided so that we can better make decisions on what we will order. We love your new, unique designs and look forward to using them. With that said, I did not appreciate the solicitors who called numerous times following the delivery of the samples. Your product speaks well for itself; the nagging and interruptions to my work day are a detriment to me wanting to use your company. If you want to follow up, do it with an email that is not so invasive. When we are ready to order, we will reach out to you.

Efficiency in the 11th Hour
Keith and his team made the process so seamless for my group. We needed 500 custom printed pop out pyramids for a company event. After having trouble with my credit card, I reached out to RPP and was immediately sent an alternative link.
After RPP saw my in hands date, they gave me a call and suggested a different shipping speed in order to get the items to me on time. A frantic last-minute purchase made easy. And the product looks great! Thank you!

Nice printing but paper is flimsy
Nicely produced piece, easy to design with their templates. I just wish it was on sturdier paper. I got the tablet flapper which is a really cool design but for being so large, I was hoping the paperstock they printed on would be heftier, especially for $50/unit (we only needed 3). Colors look nice but it feels fragile and flimsy. Wish there was an option to select a heavier stock.
