Nicely produced piece, easy to design with their templates. I just wish it was on sturdier paper. I got the tablet flapper which is a really cool design but for being so large, I was hoping the paperstock they printed on would be heftier, especially for $50/unit (we only needed 3). Colors look nice but it feels fragile and flimsy. Wish there was an option to select a heavier stock.

I loved the 3d proofing and speed to delivery.

I'm just in love with the products this team makes. We used the "Step Pop Card Holder" for our holiday card, and received so many comments from our clients about how great the card was. It was engaging, and just perfect - exactly what we wanted. Our order was prepared and shipped within their stated timelines and overall quite happy with the product.

The only point of frustration was around responsiveness. Prior to my order, I could call and speak with someone. Once my order was placed and I was looking for order updates, not a single phone call was answered or returned. Once I voiced frustration they were responsive and apologetic, but I was still in the blind for about a week.
