NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Despite trying to get in contact with them and them ignoring me, they are now ignoring the third party in which i bought the item from. Now im left with no baby swing as I can’t afford to buy a new one, being ignored and nothing I can do about it at this stage. It’s been 6 weeks, frustrated doesn’t even come close to
How I feel.

Worst company ever, they don’t even deserve 1*.

Red Kite Baby Go Round Jive Baby Walker - Peppermint

I bought the baby walker for my grandson as it was a good price. Despite being old enough to use it he couldn’t reach the floor even on the lowest setting. We’ve kept it in the box for him to be able to grow into it but now he can’t use it as the wheels keep jamming and it makes him frustrated. Very poor quality, a total waste of money.

Excellent Service

My partner and I were recently passed a travel cot bassinet however over the years the newborn attachment went missing. I emailed red kite and got a quick reply from David, who very kindly popped the attachment and poles in the post free of charge. This was amazing service with quick responses. We really appreciate the kind gesture and will be definitely using red kite again.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service!
I contacted Red Kite on Wednesday to explain that my pram wouldn’t lock into place when erect, and was wonky on the one side. The gentleman on the phone was super helpful and said he would send a new frame to us. Two days later, a new frame arrived, well packaged and brand new!
Cannot fault this service!
Thank you from a very tired mum of a 7 week old!

Bad customer service & faulty items …

Bought a next to me crib a few months before my baby was born. It turned out to be faulty. The height adjustment wouldn’t clip into place properly it would just collapse down (once with my new baby in it). The wheels were faulty also. - reached out to the supplier direct sent videos and pictures. They advised they would send new. They sent me parts!!! I had to dismantle the broken one to try and fix it but then it became even worse and we were completely without a bed for our baby that night. I called them back he said he would refund this time but first I had to properly pack and find suitable sized boxes for both cribs or they wouldn’t be collected. The driver came and said my packaging wasn’t good enough so I had to knock neighbours for help with the driver at my door. Absolutely shocking customer service they don’t make anything easy for you even when the item is clearly faulty. Why not just send a replacement! point blank refuse to buy anything red kite branded anymore.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service .
This company has reasonable quality products and reasonable affordable prices.
The brand is affordable for all , they don’t sell medium quality products at inflated prices like many similar brands do . They could put a ‘I’ in front of their name and quadruple their prices ( like many do . ( they are all from the same factories) it’s all about the ‘prettiest’ and the branding and the advertising.
Well done Redkite for being real. And honest .

**NOW RESOLVED** RedKite Do Not Care About There Faulty Products

UPDATE AS OF 21/02/2024:

A lady named Debra Tucker (Commercial Director) made contact with myself weeks after my poor experience with the Service Manager and has now personally apologised and offered me a full SleepTight TravelCot replacement and a £25 voucher.

I purchased a Red Kite Baby travel cot in April 2023 (Still within Warranty) Recently the bars have started to play up and it no longer folds down, bars are stuck.

I have raised this issue with RedKite as it states on the tag not to return the item to store but to get in contact with RedKite themselves. I have tried to take the item back to Asda but they asked me to contact you myself to get this resolved but it seems you are not interested in a faulty product of yours?

I have been in contact with someone named David Barnes “Service Manager” who has a complete no care attitude and seems to come across with a cocky attitude

I have provided you photos of the issue and proof of purchase and you still do not want to help?

Shall I start off by boycotting this company as it seems that if someone complains about a bad item of yours, you don’t care, Especially as your selling and dealing with baby and toddler products

I will now avoid using or purchasing any RedKite products in future and to never ever recommend this brand again

Service experience was excellent

Service experience was excellent. We were gifted a Feed Me Compact Folding Highchair - Tree Tops and wanted to replace the seat cover. I called up and spoke to Richard who was super pleasant, honest and helpful.

Not impressed if I'm honest

Not impressed if I'm honest. Got one walker and it was okay but the wheel toy broke after a few days so took it back then got another one which seems good but even on the lowest setting my 6 month old (who is big for his age) cannot reach the floor. He could reach the floor in the previous one.
Also purchased a high chair which when opened it had clearly been used as it had food on the straps and in the folds on the material However I gave it a clean and set it up. It's okay but seems really flimsy like if you pushed or pulled it a bit too hard the legs feel like they could snap. The baby can't reach the stuff on the tray and the tray doesn't detatch so this makes it a bit difficult to get him out god forbid there was a situation I would need to get him out fast it wouldn't be possible it has put me off buying anymore red kite products I wouldn't really recommend

2 purchase of 2 items, both let me down

Purchased a soft baby carrier and a Feed Me Combi 4 in 1 High chair because they looked like great products. Initially they were very good, unfortunately the quality of them appears to be inadequate. The baby carrier was returned after 1 month as one of the buckles cracked and split. Don't know why this happened as baby was only 3 months at the time so hardly heavy! The high chair seemed fantastic, something to take baby through to at least school age as it converts, however after less than 6 months, the leather has worn away from the padding below where the strap feeds through the seat so it is now only a matter of time before the cover parts and we have to throw it away and buy a replacement. All in all, 2 purchases that weren't inexpensive and gave poor products so I will be avoiding this company from now on.

Lovely products and fantastic company

I ordered a Push Me 2U buggy for my daughter/grandson and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the buggy for the money is great - it even comes with a rain cover. I bought it direct from RedKite and they were brilliant. They processed the order for me really quickly because I needed to take it to her whilst we were on holiday. It arrived the next day!! When I phoned them to speak to customer services they answered straight away and the young woman I spoke to was super helpful and really pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again. Other companies could learn a thing or two from them :o)
