It was an easy website to use.
My only negative about the product is that the design of the woodchip fork is not very good for picking up smaller nuggets of poo as the two outer prongs are shorter, probably designed by someone without horses. The original shape made these forks the best I've ever used.

Bought a shavings fork Sept 24 and by March 25 it’s had cracked. Red Gorilla replaced that no problem. Now the replacement fork has cracked in exactly the same place and this item is no longer under warranty despite being less than a year old.
Customer service are polite & have responded in a timely manner but the quality is clearly an issue.
The fork has had minimal use over the summer as the horses live out so I can’t honestly say either item had a lot of hammer, they just aren’t really up to the task.
Ok for a kiddie perhaps with a little pony who doesn’t do many droppings but no good for a larger horse with larger droppings!

I ordered a red plastic fork from Red Gorilla, I’ve already got a blue one, but it’s very popular in the yard so we needed another! Unfortunately the original courier didn’t make any attempt to make delivery for 7 days, so I contacted the company to make them aware of the situation.
They immediately sent out a replacement with an alternative courier which arrived the next day! I was impressed with the promptness they sorted this out for me. I would definitely order from them again.

Love that you can buy replacement brush heads to fit the handles.

I love the bag it a great size I will be able to fit everything in to it that I need to and it very comfortable on my back to carry a round.
