The lady I spoke to was very helpful…

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and sorted the problem out quickly.
I suggest restaurants etc make sure that in Important Information they state days of the week and hours that the voucher can be used. Thank you

Your website very confusing to use

Your website was very confusing to use. I consider myself quite tech-savvy, especially for a senior BUT I had to phone your "Help Line" and get supported through the booking process.
I could explain in more detail what I think is wrong with the website BUT I would rather have someone talk to me about it and I could walk them through the website process from a client's point of view.

Lack of Information

I booked a mystery picnic and received a call the next day to advise that I needed to give 3 days notice and particular days were not available. I advised that the Redballoon website did not state this and allowed me to go through all the steps and accepted my voucher number. Supply advised that they had advised Redballoon about updating the information on numerous occasions.

The deal was good however i wanted to…

The deal was good overall, however I wanted to add one more person to high tea and it was fixed for two, so it would be great if there was a bit more flexibility. Also, I was a little disappointed that there didn’t seem to be any discount through the Balloon voucher, as it was the same price.

Never thought I could produce such a lovely painting. Atmosphere was relaxing, music was a great collection, nice to hear people singing along. Have to say a big thank you to Jason for making our day very memorable.

I needed the voucher by Tuesday

I needed the voucher by Tuesday, 22 April and given your promise to deliver in 3-4 days i purchased it through your site. It arrived on Wednesday and I had to express post it to my friend, which cost me another $16.00.

Difficult to complete booking online

I found it difficult to complete the booking online. Had to go out of the form to get info from email and when I returned the form had reset. Had to phone for help with the booking. Help desk was good.

We did the premium mystery picnic Macedonia Ranges

We did the premium mystery picnic. The tour was good and took us to some nice touristy shopping areas. The clues were easy to solve. While the amount of food was adequate for a picnic, we thought the total value of the food didn’t match the premium tour price. The first stop was a disappointment as the strawberries were mouldy and leaked liquid everywhere, we had to take them back to be replaced. The park suggested for the last stop had an event happening, so we had to find somewhere else to picnic.
Apart from a couple of things, we enjoyed the day.
