We purchased 2 x BeSafe Stretch car seats from RearFacing. We are delighted with the quality of the product and also the level of service. Winnie from RearFacing installed the car seats for us (appointment in Mungret) and gave clear step by step instructions on how to install. Would highly recommed Winnie and the RearFacing.ie team ; we have greater peace of mind now that we have safer car seats installed.

Can’t speak highly enough of Rearfacing.ie, in particular Winnie. She helped with any questions I had and then did a fit check once I had installed the car seat. When we do eventually move to a high back booster, I’ll definitely go back to rearfacing.ie. Highly recommended!

We recently purchased a axkidd mini and installed it ourselves. We wanted to get it checked as our 4 year olds head just wasn’t looking right in the seat. We were close to Ballybunion and knowing rearfacing.ie are experts in car seats I reached out asking if they could do a check. Winnie was super responsive and so thorough in the check. Things got tightened and of course the headrest corrected to the right position and everything explained. We are so very grateful to Winnie and feel assured now the seat is fitted correctly. Winnie was also great with our 4 year old and beyond appreciate how accommodating with her time and expertise. Highly recommend and will be a future purchaser from rear facing when changing seats again. Thank you!

I had the most excellent customer service from Winnie at rearfacing.ie. I needed to get my daughter her next car seat after she outgrew her 18kg rear facing one. I was totally confused about what one to buy. Winnie answered all of my complicated queries quickly and clearly. She recommended excellent options. After I ordered I had another request that she answered even though she was on holidays. The car seat arrived quickly and we're very happy with our decision. I couldn't be happier as Winnie really helped me when I couldn't make sense of what I needed myself!

An excellent service providing quality advice on appropriate seating. It's a minefield for those of us trying to wade through the information ourselves. The trial seat option is a fantastic idea for those who live around the country. You really need to fit the seats in your car before buying to see what will and won't work. Winnie from rearfacing.ie travelled to my town and fitted my axkid minikid for me. She explained how the fitting works and I fitted it afterwards to make sure I understood the workings of it. I am very pleased with the service and very grateful she fitted it free of charge and made sure I understood it. I can also contact her if I need any more help which is an added bonus as aftercare is hard to come by. I felt the experience more personable than just buying the seat and fitting it myself. It's complex to fit when you first see it but I definitely would recommend rearfacing.ie if your like me and would need a bit of guidance.
