Most of them relate to an isolated incident involving delayed pre-orders of our Mash High Chair, caused by global shipping disruptions. We hold our hands up — our communication during that time wasn’t good enough, and we completely understand how frustrating the experience was for those affected. Since then, we’ve made significant changes to improve both our internal systems and customer service. We no longer take pre-orders, and as of 2025, our average time from order to fulfilment is just 18 hours. We truly value all feedback — even the tough kind — as it helps us grow and do better for our customers. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Product is OK, packaging is horrendous

Product seems OK, however, the way it was packaged was pretty disgusting. a £100 item thrown into a box with literally zero protective packaging or padding inside of the box. Box turned up looking like it had been through the wars and now there are marks all over black plastic on the base of the unit where its been bouncing around inside the box, all before its even set up. Company should probably consider investing in decent protective packaging for their items...

Overall a really positive experience

We purchased the cot bundle from baby elegance. After reading the reviews I was a bit worried that I've made a mistake ordering from them.
And altough the delivery wasn't smooth they tried their best to satisfy us. Our order was split by DPD so we only received the mattress first. I'll be honest, gave us a scare 🙈 but the next day we received the cot too. However our order was still missing the sheets and waterproof cover but contacted customer services and they will resend those to me.
We assembled the cot and it's a really good quality and beautiful design.

Pram Hurt my baby

I brought the drift travel system from Smyth's the car seat broke on the first use and the pram caused a injury to my baby trapping her finger in the frame when the handle height was adjusted cutting though her finger nail into her finger below she lost most of her nail baby elegance sees no problem with this

Worst experience of my life

To date, I have not received the baby’s cot I purchased. They only delivered the mattress and blanket I bought at the same time, and I still haven't received the baby's cot. I've tried to contact the shop in every way possible, but I haven't received any response, no reply to my emails, no response to my complaints, and not even to my phone calls, where they just tell me to wait, even though when I look at the website of the company responsible for delivery, it shows that everything has been delivered. I am stressed and very disappointed. My daughter is due in just two months, and I don't even have her cot.

The Mash newborn seat is fabulous

The Mash newborn seat is fabulous. Stable and secure and sage is a lovely shade. Baby joined the dinner table at just a week old content and sleeping in the chair. Mum and Dad could enjoy dinner with their hands free. Fabulous buy.

Mash Highchair

We bought the mash high chair around seven months ago and have been using it since my daughter was born in August 2025. Overall, it’s been a mixed experience.

The newborn seat is genuinely excellent. We used it every single day until she outgrew it, and it was incredibly convenient and comfortable for a newborn. However, the strap is a big downside — it constantly slides and loosens, making it far too large. A proper 5-point harness is really needed here for safety, especially for younger babies.

We’ve recently transitioned to the standard highchair. Visually, it looks fantastic and fits well with modern interiors. Unfortunately, functionality doesn’t quite match the design. The footrest is far too large for a six-month-old, and even at the highest setting, my daughter can’t reach it. Realistically, I don’t think she’ll be able to use the footrest properly until she’s around one year old or possibly older. Once again, the lack of a 5-point harness is disappointing and feels like a missed opportunity for a product at this price point.

While the chair is stylish and has some strong features, the safety and adjustability issues make it hard to fully recommend, particularly for younger babies.

I want to reassure you that the highchair has been fully tested and has passed all relevant safety standards required for sale. It is compliant with current regulations, including the harness and stability requirements.

In terms of the footrest, it’s designed to grow with your child and becomes more practical as they get a little older and longer in the leg. That said, we really appreciate the feedback— it helps us continue to review and improve our designs.

I’m honestly laughing it’s that bad..

I’m honestly laughing that Baby Elegance have a full statement about how they have learned from their mistakes with poor communication in regard to their high chair and advertising orders as being fulfilled in 18 hours and not accepting pre orders.. so you no longer advertised pre-orders you just accept the order, can’t fulfill it and don’t tell customers until they get in touch to complain they’ve not received their £115 order!! And don’t bother trying to reach a resolution as one single response advising my the item isn’t actually available is all I’ve received. It now looks like I need to try and resolve this through my bank - a laughing stock of a company.

My buggy broke sent it back it was…

My buggy broke sent it back it was agreed it was a fault with the Buggy. This is now been three weeks and I’ve still had no response to my emails in regards to when I’m being sent a new Buggy.

Customer service is none existent

Customer service is none existent, they don't reply for ages and when they do they don't actually solve the problem. I am convinced the aftersales is all run by AI etc, surely no person is this incompetent.
