The adjustable frame that was set up…
The adjustable frame that was set up and delivered the day before did not work properly and instead I got the 888 # to the bed frame company and had to spend 45 min in the phone to trouble shoot. They have to send me another cord so that the bed will rise and lower in sync with each side.
I was not impressed that they could not even have service call me back or come back to see what the issue was as it was less than a day old
I may end up going somewhere else to purchase the dresser and side tables
Just a phone call would have been better

Raymour & Flanigan has been my go-to furniture store for years now. If it's for a large furniture purchase, I go into the store. My recent purchase was for a single lamp, so I called and asked for Becky, the salesperson I always deal with. She is excellent; I couldn't possibly ask for anything more. I needed some additional information, Becky found what I was looking for, and it was a very enjoyable experience.

Rebecca was very helpful and informative. I would have rated our experience a five but, we are disappointed that we had to pay a delivery fee when other local furniture stores deliver within a hundred miles for free.

Amazing experience
