Judy Williams is an amazing sale rep
Judy Williams is an amazing sale rep. I purchased a recliner from her back in March I believe and after explaining my back issues, without the sales pitch you get from most, she guided me to 2 chairs. She is very knowable about the products in the store. When I was looking for more furniture I only wanted to work with her. We are purchasing 2 recliners and a sofa. I was very specific about only wanting a 2 cushion, low back sofa. Again must consider my back issues. After walking the store, we landed at a sectional. I had no idea I could get it exactly how I wanted it.
I will only shop with her and have told my friends about her when they need furniture.

I order a bed
I order a bed, online nowhere on invoice it states it was ordered from the manufacturer. Invoice states Raymour and Flanigan. The 500 pound bed was placed in my driveway in a box, it’s still in the box I had to drag it in my garage holding my back to escape from the snow… no set up no date or time of delivery. I called lehigh valley location and lady states I bought directly from manufacturer nonsense and how would I know that? the invoice states three items from Raymour and Flanigan. She states “We are not responsible to assemble the bed” . The bed can stay in box and go in the garage and I can get my money back or come pick up the bed…..

The reason for a 5 star review is due…
The reason for a 5 star review is due to having the BEST salesperson interaction. Brittany Clyde will be the reason I will be coming back for future purchases. That is as long as she is the person I deal with. She changed my opinion of Raymour and Flanigan which was pretty sour after my last experience in the store!!!
I do hope that Raymour and Flanigan upper management know how to treat and keep good employees!

Beautiful furniture and great service
We were greeted right away by our sales representative, Jonny. He was great and took us right to the furniture we were looking for. The selection is great! He was very knowledgeable about the furniture and answered all our questions. He was also very patient with us. Also, the furniture we picked was in stock so we were able to schedule delivery quickly. Would definitely shop here again and recommend to friends and family. We had been to 2 other stores but bought from Raymour & Flanigan.

Great sales experience!
My sales person gave me enough time and space to browse and found me at a time when I actually needed her. I did not feel pressured nor was I constantly being asked questions while pursuing what I needed. She helped me finalize my purchase and even got me a discount on delivery.

Mattress Hunt
My husband and I shopped at Raymour & Flanigan in Whitehall today for a mattress. As soon as we walked in the door, we received a friendly welcome. We were fortunate to have Chris as our sales person. He was EXTREMELY informative about the mattresses and worked with us to find the right fit. He took his time and didn’t rush us through the process for which we were grateful. (It’s been awhile since we’ve been mattress shopping for ourselves.) We also met the store manager, Mike, who was very good at trying to meet our needs. It seemed that these 2 individuals really enjoyed working with us to get us the best deal. We will be going back to get bedroom furniture at some point in the near future and we’re hoping we can work with Chris and Mike, again!
