Non existence customer service
Non existence customer service!
A few hours after I have ordered, an item that was sold out was back in stock. I emailed them and ask to add it to my card instead of the powder form which I was forced to order since the tablet form was sold out. They said they can not do any adjustment, which means zero flexibility and customer service in this company. Will never order here again!

Bad products
Bought 2 jars of vegan pistacchio cream. There's clearly some issue with the product as they both taste bad (acid), no pistacchio flavour at all. Reached out to them but they claim I agreed when buying that product could have a different colour or appearance. And I cannot complain based only on my "taste". Never again from that company.

Herbal Purity You Can Trust
The products are absolutely authentic and of the purest quality—I really appreciate the herbal richness and effectiveness. The only drawback was that the delivery took longer than expected, but the products themselves are definitely worth the wait!

I have bought frequently over 2 years
I have bought frequently over 2 years. But now things seem to change. I bought 5 kg of organic almonds some months ago, expiration date July 2026 but the almonds are already going bad. I have complained to RFS but they refuse to listen. A large part of the almonds are bad, dried out etc and not possible to eat.
I have told my friends to stay away from RFS. and would not recommend them to anybody after my last experience.

Problems with Support
Hi! I think Rawfoodshop is a good company, but I had problems with their Support. When I asked to replace or add some items to my order, they advised me to return the whole order and order it again. In that moment I thought that the customer service was great! I've sent about 3 different messages saying that I want to return the order but they still sent my order yesterday. They also said they didn't receive my messages about the return. I resent them that mail and I also resent them the screenshot of that mail being sent. I asked if they returned my order but they haven't replied. Then I received a message that my order is on the way. That whole process created a long delay in delivery time and I also wonder if they will compensate me for their mistake. I felt dismissed when they didn’t reply to my message/ didn’t see my message and it created some confusion.
Otherwise I think it’s reliable company and the products are good quality .

They take responsibility
They forgot to include one of the products in my latest order. When I let them know they responded quickly and said they were refunding the portion of the order I didn’t receive. However I still wanted the product! When I originally posted this review I only gave 3 stars but they contacted me immediately and took responsibility which is the most important thing here 😊

The nuts are really good
I love the nuts. The quality is incredible, and the fact that they are organic makes it even better. Also love that they offer discounts from time to time. I wish they were a little more consistent with the discounts. Because I often end up waiting for them and then delay buying nuts.

Absolutely fantastic!
I received an email about how I had won an easter basket from them and (like everyone probably would be) I was sceptical. I had never truly won anything before so after doing some research that I was going to be optimistic, open minded and give it a shot. And boy am I glad I did. Not only did it arrive just 2 days later, the amount they sent was of such abundance and of top of that, the quality was so so good. Not a single bad product. So I immediately went to order a couple more products to try out and it was the same experience. Quick delivery and great products. The lady I was communicating with seemed kind as well, so based on that I'm going to go ahead and assume that the entire company os run by decent people as well. Just all around a great experience and I personally don't have a single complaint.
