Worse than that- the product looks nothing like the picture. I got cheap plastic leaves on a ring with cheap plastic flower.. but thenimage of the product was silk.
This company offers EXPEDITED SHIPPING for a $12.99 extra fee to the U.S.; however, they are in China and have no way of expediting shipping. My order shipped over 10 days ago and I still have not received it. When I reached out to them to ask for a refund on the shipping fee that they obviously have no way of expediting, their answer was this: "The shipping fee has already been paid to the logistics company. Therefore, we do not have the authority to refund or add it."
