Beware of this merchant

This company are a bunch of ripoff merchants. I ordered three very specific hand painted glass mugs via PayPal. After 4 weeks I had heard nothing from then. Then I started getting tracking info from them and three days the mugs arrived. I was horrified, one was a travesty of the picture and the two others were totally alien to what ordered, different material, colour, shape. I contacted them the day but an "out of office". It turned out that Chinese New Year and they were going to be on holiday for 3 weeks. Eventually in touch and gave me platitudes but no help. I told PayPal what had happened and requested a refund. the merchant said sure, send them back to China at your expense and make sure they arrive 3 days after you post them! I looked at the postal address on the packages I received and found that they had posted from Basingstoke in England! Full marks to PayPal, they saw what what the merchants were doing and refunded me.
