Customer service non existent

Customer service non existent.
They do not have a customer service. After reaching out a few times for weeks regarding my order which has still not been sent, they haven't taken the time to address this issue. I do not recommend buying on this website as if something happens, you will not get any help. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered a dress for my engagement…

I ordered a dress for my engagement party recently and I received the dress quicker than i anticipated. The dress is beautiful but ultimately I ended up going in a different direction. Rat and Boas instructions for returns was to write their return address on the package and tape the invoice to the package. i did this and took it to UPS and FedEx and both places told me they could not ship it back without a shipping label or that I would have to pay $351 to ship it back, which is more than half the cost of the dress. I immediately emailed customer service and the AI bot responded. Shannon emailed me two days later asking for order details to further look into the issue. It is now a week later and i still have not received an answer or a shipping label, even after following up 10 separate times! I am now out of the allowed return window and very worried about the amount of money I am out. This is a very disappointing situation, considering they make such beautiful clothing.

Radio silence from customer service

I bought some dresses to try on for my wedding. I emailed to ask for an extended return so I could try them on with my bridesmaids - I was responded to quickly by a lovely Beth who said an extended return was fine and to get back in touch once I had tried on and decided. I’m now trying to get back in touch to arrange the return for the dresses I’m not keeping and have had radio silence for a week taking sent multiple emails and contact forms on the site.

Delivery photo shows it was delivered to trash can area

Delivery photo shows it was delivered next to the trash cans and on trash day / it was rainy and windy that day so maybe the envelope blew away.
I’ve contacted them via email and their chat on their website every day since it’s happened and I have received no responses and no help at all. Extremely disappointed in this company!

Returns

One of the dresses came perfect, the other one was not a correct fit. I logged in the return on their page and I have been trying for 5 days to get the correct information via email from them for the return and been writing e-mails on which I keep not getting an answer.
I have contacted UPS which delivered the package and should also do the return, they cannot do the return without the papers.
The customer support is very bad and takes too long.
The return should be done by April 10th and I still have not received any information from them.

The dress was extremely poor quality…

The dress was extremely poor quality and damaged on receipt. It was completely thin and see through and very different to the picture on the website. I’m also struggling to return the dress at the minute despite the damage at receipt.

Rat and Boa have the worst customer…

Rat and Boa have the worst customer service EVER and not even a phone number to be seen. I sent a dress back and it was received last week and no communication at all and some AI said that my exchange wasn't even logged which is just great. What if i needed the dress for an event £255 is a lot of money to not then get back. Why cant you use Humans instead of stupid AI to help us.

I can definitely recommend

I ordered 6 different dresses for a gala, and everything from the website to delivery and returns was easy, fast, and professional. I had a bit of trouble with the return process because I misunderstood the shipping company (since it had to go to the Netherlands), but their customer service team—especially Beth—responded quickly by email and helped me through everything. I was a bit unsure about the website’s reliability beforehand, partly because the dresses had to be shipped all the way from NL to DK, but I can definitely recommend Rat & Boa from my side.

Fabulous


Love this shop so many options and styles and everything I have received is amazing quality. Only ever had one issue which was receiving the wrong size (my fault!) but the customer service was amazing and understanding. They were prompt in opening a return for me and got the correct size soon after. Highly recommend to all my girlies

I was having trouble with logging a return as I couldn’t find my order number. With only 2 days left to return my order I was worried I would fall out of the policy but thankfully Beth from customer service was able to correct my email address and I managed to log my return just in time! I have always loved Rat and Boa designs…

I have always loved Rat and Boa designs and the easy way they have to make you feel sexy and elegant at the same time.
