UPDATE: Since my original review, things have only gotten worse.

I placed a second order via the UK website after being advised to do so by customer care. Nobody confirmed the order was processing correctly and dispatch date despite multiple requests. Customer care missed their own 24 hour response commitment. The refund for my original cancelled order was also mishandled - I was told the funds may never have been captured, which was factually incorrect as the money was definitely taken from my account.

I have formally cancelled my second order as well 2 days ago, but still no reply - no surprise here.

As a loyal customer of years this has been a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. The responses throughout felt automated and never actually addressed the questions asked.

I will not be shopping with this brand again. Avoid this brand for pre-orders entirely. And if something goes wrong, do not expect customer care to resolve it - they won't..

Impossible to do returns properly….

I received an item that I noticed was faulty immediately when I opened the package, it looked almost like a burn. I went to log a return straight away and got to a confirmation screen that said I would be emailed the return QR code. This has still not come through days later and I have messaged customer service in 3 different ways and still not heard back anything. Ridiculous for such an expensive dress

Thrilled with my Cate Suit

I recently purchased Rat & Boa Cate Trouser & Matching Blazer. Supreme quality, cut & craftsmanship. Love, Love, Love. If I was picking, due to detail on base of pant leg, expensive alterations required. Should come in different leg lengths to avoid this, regular & Long. I’m hoping they’ll do a black version for Autumn/Winter. Thrilled with my purchase! Jane

zero response from customer service

zero response from customer service - tried everywhere: IG messages, multiple emails, website, ig comments on posts, you name it. absolutely zero acknowledgemnt that they owe an answer to a customer who has paid for their products and has no update since weeks .
product is preordered and 7 days after it was supposed to ship they send an update that it was now supposed to ship later, the day of the email itself! of course nothing has shipped and no reply nor update from anyone
what a chaos of a company.

First time ordering

First time ordering.
Picked a dress due into stock the next day. Paid for a next day delivery. Dress should have arrived today.
Not showing as despatched online. Emailed three times over the past 24 hours, no reply.
Messaged on Facebook and Instagram.
No reply.
Dress is for an event on Sunday.
Gutted, it’s such an expensive purchase but the experience so far has been beyond poor.

Arrogant unprofessional

I ordered a dress from this company 1st May, it is now May 21st no dress no tracking number no reason and zero customer service. I was assured that the dress would arrive on May 12th, I needed the dress for my nieces wedding. I'm utterly disgusted in this company. No empathy no communication no problem solving. Why should I lay out over £200 for a garment and just tolerate this kind of service. It's just utter arrogance. So no I don't rate this company don't know about their clothes as I've yet to receive any

I have sent 4 emails to this company…

I have sent 4 emails to this company about an outfit I want to return. Nobody has got back to me as the return portal doesn’t work. I only have 14 days to return however with no contact number I’m unhappy with no communication.
