Bad quality (plastic bits?)
UPDATE:
They denied my claim for the bad quality as I did dye my hair which is fine with it being human hair and the tinsel and weird threads in there certainly won't have happened because of a dyeing process. Really bad if you ask me. If you order here, make sure to inspect everything before you do anything with it.
I ordered some Clip-in extensions that were said to be real human hair, but I have severe doubts about the quality.
I found some long strands of yarn or sth within the hair (white with red dots), the thread from the clip in part was so long it also blended into the hair and then the worst happened, because, sure, I can simply cut those bits out: I used a hair straightener to style them and suddenly noticed s burned smell and how the plates weren't gliding through it properly. Looking at the plates there was melted residue on my plates and the extensions started getting black bits in them as a result. I stopped immediately and inspected the tresses. Turns out there were some strands in there that looked like tinsel and may be the culprit for this.
I did send customer services an email on 11/04/2026 but haven't heard back yet unfortunately, so doesn't look they care about this horrible quality anyway.
I'd stay clear from ordering anything here. Also interesting to note that their invoice states the wrong payment method. It says I paid with Klarna, I've never used Klarna in my life.

Very different colors in two products yet the same color-name
Hi! I bought a braid and clips extensions in the same color, and wrote to check in with the company if the color was the same, as I found the pictures to be very different, yet the “color-name” the same. They said yes - it’s the same color, but when I received it, the colors were intirely different y’et still the same names in both products. The clips were much much darker and much shorter, eventhough the lenght was suppose to be the same as Well. I had to take it out of the box to be sure, so I cannot return it. But it’s very annoying that the colors were so different, and not as promised the same. I cannot use it. Also in lenght. But the color of the braid is perfect and very beautiful. So at least that was a winner! Just a little waste of time and money.
