Of Sweden saw this review and have arranged a refund of the custom duties which I have now received. So I accept they made good for a simple mistake. Hence updated from 1 star to 4 star
UK buyers beware! I ordered a sample. Paid a high delivery fee. The colour that arrived looked nothing like the website so I didn’t order more. MONTHS later I got a letter from UPS demanding payment of custom duties / fees relating to this order. I was not expecting this at all. I feel ripped off

Shipping was fast but product not as discriped
Shipping was fast, hair seems like good quality. After washing the beach wave clip in extentions with correct products and as the intructions said, the waves dissapeared complitely! The extentions are now complitely straight and will not even hold a curl!
