Highly recommend Rapid Building Inspections, fast detailed, and professional gave us peace of mind during a stressful home buying process

Rapid were booked a week before our open house and turned up on time. We were not told that the inspection included very wide photos of our house, rooms and outside. We werent given a chance to move our possession and rubbish out of the shots. As a result the photos were an embarrassment because of the timing. I phoned them back when we got the report and asked if they could come back and do more pictures. They declined. I phoned them back to explain and ask again - they agreed but it would cost about $300. They said the inspector was about 15km away and would come again and it would include a new inspection. Less than two days out from our open house it was cancelled as they claimed it needed certification of any changes. So much stuff around - it depends on who you get at the call centre in Melbourne ..... we are in Strathpine.

Rapid provided excellent service. The process was very easy, and their inspector was both professional and highly knowledgeable, answering all our questions clearly. I was thoroughly impressed.

This is the second time we've used rapid for a handover inspection they are very reasonably priced, friendly its quick and easy to organise, the report came through same day , inspector explained everything to me that i didn't understand highly recommend there service.

We were very happy with the overall service given by Rapid Building Inspections. Everyone was professional and the Babak’s inspection was thorough, with lots of information and photos. After his report (which was set the same day) we were able to organise a plumber to check out the issue which he highlighted as a potential problem.

This is the 2nd time using Rapid Building Inspection and Anthony did a great job in super quick time too. His report is detailed and covers all aspects of the apartment which was great to have as I'm not able to view the apartment myself.

Acquiring their service is a good decision for us. Our inspector have a keen eyes on details and was able to find all the dodgy work, and the builder have to rectify it before they can move to the next stage. We got their service last year and have the PCI this 2025 of January. It's all worth the money, having to think what you saved in the long run.
