As soon as I spoke to the man on the telephone he knew exactly what I was trying to explain about my loft ladder not restowing back into the loft properly and he knew exactly the right parts the I needed, this is the only company on the internet that not only stocked the right parts but they knew they are the right one that I needed, and once I fitted them it is like a brand new loft ladder, only have to slightly lift it up to restow and the new springs do all the rest, thank you for your all your help and first class service. I live all the way down in south somerset and the parts arrived in two days first thing in the morning and were fitted with in twenty minutes that day.

I had a broken spring on my Ramsey Ladder. The ladder has been here for 50+ years so I was doubtful if I would be able to source a supplier for the spring. I checked your website and the spring was clearly available, pricing also clear. I ordered and the spring was with me very quickly. When I started to fit the spring I encountered difficulties in that I dismantled so much to remove the broken spring then started install the new spring. The way I had done this led me to a situation where it was going to require immense strength to bend the spring into position - I was stuck. I called Ramsey Ladders in Forfar, your receptionist was exceptional, she could not give me advice but went off to your "workshop" to find someone who could help. I spoke with this person, he clearly understood my problem and was able to give me precise instructions. Instructions implemented, job done. Perfect, thank you.

Quality a d delivery was really fast

I used Ramsay Ladders a few times now. The ladders are also spot on. I just got an aluminium one to use as a basement escape ladder. Perfect. I got a wooden one a few months back to use for a mezzanine. Also perfect.

Simple ordering process and the quality of the ladder is really excellent, plan on having this out on display in the kitchen so really pleased it looks as good as it does - as well as being a solid set of usable steps.
