Cast iron pipes were delivered with one cracked.
Replacement was sent to a mash up of invoice address and site address. Replacement pipe was the wrong size.
second replacement pipe sent arrived at the correct address with collar broken off.
Third replacement pipe sent correct size and finally in good condition with extra packaging supplied.
I have used Rainclear many times usually with a superb outcome and would have rated with 5 stars Price v Quality is good. Delivery time is good.
Recently I have had cracked and broken components on my last two orders.

1. Packaging provides insufficient protection if handled roughly.
2. Couriers need to pay attention to the Fragile label markings.

Please get this sorted.

I’ve used Rainclear Heritage Aluminium guttering on a couple of projects now and have been very impressed with the product, and when I needed to order some additional parts recently I was very pleased to find that the customer service was also excellent. The visual impact and longevity of any material other than plastic has to be considered when replacing guttering and downpipes. The assistance and adv9ce Rainclear offered was superb.

Excellent product. Simple ordering process and speedy delivery with good packaging in transit.

Ordering via the website was ok, however the whole ‘confirmation that each item has been added to the basket’. Makes this a slow process. Materials arrived quickly, and were well packed. Product quality is good and easy to use. How to videos via the website were helpful.

I bought cast iron guttering from Rainclear, they had everything in stock and delivery was prompt, overall a very good service and I would recommend them.

This is the second time I have used Rainclear and on both occasions have received excellent service. A top quality product,easy to fit and looks great.

We ordered the black coated galvanized steel guttering and other components. It's a good, robust product and much better than PVC, both environmentally and in terms of appearance and robustness. Service was friendly and one problem with a damaged downpipe was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. The system is quite technical so if in you're doubt about what you need to order, I'd recommend giving them a call.
