Elena from Raft furniture is absolutely wonderful! I bought a Raft bed, chest of drawers and 2 tables from Raft many years ago. Beautiful items. Delivery and assembly was perfect. 10 years later, I contacted the store to ask about bolts for the bed, not expecting a lot, given the time interval. Within half an hour, Elena had not only found the info, but actually found some bolts for me and posted them! There was no problem with the bed or the original bolts but it had been dismantled and I needed to send the bolts to someone to put bed back together but I was in a different city with a broken leg! To get this level of care 10 years after a purchase is phenomenal. I don’t think any other business would do this. Raft, please promote Elena! She was not just helpful but so lovely and friendly and reassuring and fixed the issue straight away! Right now, everything is difficult for me with one leg out of action and she made all the difference for me!

Imagine a sofa so comfortable that every guest compliments it, a sofa your housemates miss more than you when they move out... that is RAFT, where you truly get what you pay for.
It has lasted ten years and counting, still as luxurious as ever. Recently I moved and the L shape was no longer ideal. I contacted RAFT on the off chance they could sell me fabric to have two new cushions made, creating a separate footstool. The customer service rep Gurdeep was so helpful, I was delighted; he confirmed the fabric from my order details before responding, and said they offer this cushion service, made and delivered to your home in around a month. The price was very reasonable and the delivery was excellent also.
I have never written a review on here before but I simply had to, first to thank the incredible customer service team, and secondly to say if you are considering any RAFT furniture definitely go for it! My sister has a bed which is gorgeous and great construction quality. Also they sell lovely reclaimed teak arm tables which come in various sizes to match your sofa perfectly, something many guests comment on how clever and useful they are.
Thank you RAFT for your wonderful service and beautiful furniture! Loyal customer for life :)

The products are second to none but the highlight of our experience was the great customer service we received. In particular, Saliha was a pleasure to work with and was one of the main reasons we kept coming back and making additional purchases. Saliha was quick to resolve queries and always available. She is a real asset to the Raft family.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. We spent over £10,000 with this company and have nothing but issues. We placed the order in February and even now in July we still have problems.

The wrong cushions arrived for the sofa, wrong size table, wrong scatter cushions. We paid for the interior design service to avoid these issues and have the perfect room. Instead we have had nothing but problems.
When the replacement table did arrive - it was the wrong colour and we are still waiting on the right one to be delivered.
The scatter cushions weren't ones we ordered and we were told " on this occasion we will refund them but we don't usually issue refunds".
We now have a sofa with a 3" gap down the side as the replacement sofa cushions don't fit.

We thought choosing a upmarket furniture shop we would have the perfect room with no issues. Unfortunately not.

I purchased my item at Westfield Branch, and the service was great. I could not find the exact sofa I wanted and Bilguun Zorigt was there to help with options and solutions.

I recently purchased my second sofa from RAFT. My first one, the Manhattan sofa, has lasted over 7 years and is still in amazing condition! The quality has truly stood the test of time, which is why I came back to RAFT without hesitation.

This time, I’ve gone for the Melrose sofa and I’m really looking forward to receiving it soon. A big thank you to Saliha at the Westfield branch for her fantastic customer service. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend RAFT to anyone looking for beautifully made, high quality furniture!

Hosna was extremely helpful and lovely. She assisted me in choosing the model of sofa I wanted and helped me narrow done a fabric I loved. She also kept me updated during the making and delivery phases.

I am blown away at the knowledge of the staff and the team working in the St Alban's branch. I was given excellent care and was listened to when opening up about my furniture and material requests. The outcome of the furniture when delivered was fantastic! The overall experience was safe and reassuring throughout the entire process.

AVOID..!!!!.
Smart showroom and helpful showroom staff mask very poor service.

Ordered a bed with high headboard as per showroom example. When delivered, some 12 weeks later, the headboard appeared low. We blamed ourselves for not ordering correct specification.
We travelled 130 miles to visit the store, prepared to order another headboard at an additional £1,200. In conversation with the assistant and by accident we discovered our previous order had been for a 1.5m headboard but had a 1.2m delivered. Given the mistake we requested a headboard of a higher 1.8m be made, we were prepared to pay the additional cost. The availability of the specification was confirmed at least twice by email, then when the request was shared with the person dealing with our issue in the Customer service team, we were told this specification was not available and ‘we’ were asked to prove that this was offered to us by the store as it was impossible for Raft to do this internally!!
We shared the quotes… and were still told this was not available!!!!
Resigned to a 1.5m headboard, we orderd the replacement and were given a 4-6 week deliver time. 6 weeks is now up and upon checking when we should expect delivery, we have unashamedly and unapologetically, been told that the fabric for manufacture will be another 3 weeks!!!

To even get an apology in this process, we have had to ask for it.!!

Our experience with Raft to date has shown them to be unreliable,incompetent and unapologetic. Their standard of service has been abysmal to say the least .

AVOID Raft if you want to save your yourself from disappointment!

I bought a Madison couch and footstool. I was told the footstool would match the couch since there wasn't one in their WestField store. When the items arrived, the footstool had a shorter, square-base compared to the curved, taller base of the couch. The cushion on the footstool was also super firm and taller than the couch's cushions. The 2 items could not touch because the footstool's cushion was protruding so far over the footstool's base. I was expecting a matching set! I complained asking for the footstool to match the couch and Raft refused saying all their footstools come with a square-base irrespective of the couch's design! Nobody told me this! I was misled! Raft refuse to provide a refund! Terrible customer service.

Very friendly salesperson, offered a lot of information. Overall this is how a shopping experience should be.
