We were checked in to the Manchester…

We were checked in to the Manchester airport radisson blu, in a quick friendly manner. We was offered to upgrade to an executive room with lounge access for an extra £65 so we did as it sounded reasonable. - our room was an executive with lounge access 923.

We were given a room on the 9th floor (which is for executive only), where we had access to the executive lounge where kids aren't allowed (no under 12s). Nice view of runway and good area, the canepes consisted of mini cooked foods like samoas, there were also olives and pretzels, plenty of drinks i.e wine and beer. The amount of drinks including alcoholic drinks, made up for the price of the upgrade and more.

Seemed to be que up for seats in the restaurant but not a large que, decided room service. Room service was quick!

The room looked nice and modern with good size bathroom - only had a shower. It had a good size TV and a city view.

Sorry to be getting an early flight and not get Breakfast!

Checking in at Radisson Blu London…

Checking in at Radisson Blu London Stansted took 2 hours, partly because the staff was very slow and partly because the hotel did not bother to have the reception area fully staffed.

Covent Garden

We stayed at the radisson blu in Covent garden during our stay in London for my girlfriends 21st. After booking I contacted the hotel to let them know we were coming for my partners 21st.

I had constant contact with the hotel to arrange a few little extras in the room such as helium balloons, their communication was efficient. When we arrived at the hotel we were told the room wasn't quite ready and offered us a complimentary drink. This was in fact the staff in the hotel prepping the room on our arrival which was a nice discreet way of doing so.

We were upgraded to their business room on the top floor as a present from them, in the room they had organised the extras which I had enquired about and also a couple of their own such as a glass of champagne each and a cake.

The hotel was immaculate throughout, the staff friendly and their was a good positive vibe throughout. If we were to visit London again we would definitely look to book with radisson again.

Raddisson Blu Manchester Airport RIP OFF Parking Charges

Raddisson Blu Manchester Airport have engaged the services of an aggressive car park management company.
Poor signage impossible to see in the dark means that a minimum charge of £4.00 for pick up or drop off turns into a £100 fine. Reception is not on the ground floor so very difficult to seek advice from them.
I would advise use of the HIlton Manchester Airport and many others who allow FREE time to pick up or drop off.

Dirty rooms and bad service.

Dirty rooms and bad service.
If you are considering travelling to Cairo, don't stay at Radisson blu Hotel.
I stayed there for 4 nights, from 26 until 30 October 2018. 115,- US dollars per night.
DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY.
3 Rooms and all not very clean.
After a trip to the Pyramids, there was sand on the carpet, and it was also there 3 days later 🤨 More after the the first night, no shower gel or shampoo next day no small towels. Every day you should ask house keeping to filled up coffee and sugar, refrigerator that did not work 😕. One day for lunch, noon, I went to the bar and order, from the bar menu, 1 beer and a Chicken burritos, then the waiter said: no kitchen close now, open 12.30 😯 omg. 5 star hotel.
Okay kitchen close but I still want to give my order, after few minutes I received my beer , great, just before 13.00 I ask the same waiter about my food, the waiter: oh you want to eat 🤯 13.20 I received my burrito!! Radisson blu ( yes I can) I think they don't understand the meaning behind.
Dear Radisson try sending your mystical shopper to this hotel, and you can evaluate on a second opinion.

Poor Customer Service

Don't stay at the Radisson Blu in Arlanda, Sweden - awful service - corridors stank of sewerage - mediocre expensive food and drinks, and when I complained online, all that was said was we're sorry you didn't like your room, we're sorry you didn't like the food, hope you stay with us again - You've got to be joking!

Well it depends where you stay

Well it depends where you stay. I like the Bristol Radisson hotel and also Cardiff was nice. But Manchester airport is not as good as those 2. But of course the quality of service is on their staff, and i did experience very welcome and friendly ones and also not very helpful

Don’t bother with the restaurant

I’m staying at Stansted Blu, have stayed before and hotel/rooms good BUT l ate in the restaurant last night and the food was massively overpriced and was awful. I had basic fish and chips £16, fish greasy on the outside and watery inside and chips cold. I complained and they deducted 25% but that’s not the point, if you’re paying that kind of money it should be 100% good quality. Someone else in the lift had similar comments. So word of warning, don’t bother and to the hotel, you need to get your kitchen in order.

Do NOT give Radisson your email address - they SPAM you!!!

If you provide RAdisson Blu with your email address they will continue to spam you with emails.
My advice - do NOT give them your emails address.

They recieved my email address through booking a room with them and at no point did I give them permission to use the email for SPAM, yet I continue to recieve SPAM mails!!!
