The price, communications. Shipping was free and reasonably fast. Two items came separate and the last shipment was just shipped about week after order. That is OK. Got the HF-010 antenna and short test session with antenna analyzer is great. Love the antenna so far. My pre order phone calls with Hazel were a delight, thanks Hazel.

I had an issue with a new radio that just stopped working soon after I started to use it. I contacted Radioddity, sent them a video, and they emailed me return shipping information right away. They had a replacement sent within a week. Easy peasy! Always great service from them.

Very helpful and attentive as well. Very fast, getting me a replacement asap! I read other reviews and it was very positive things. I can agree with those reviews because my experience has been amazing!

Antenna arrived and had some broken components. Requested replacement parts and was provided the option of a measly $15 store credit or I could ship the item back for an exchange. Requested a Return Address label to send the antenna back. They provided the label and return took approximately 16 days. Quicker service than when I ordered the antenna!

The support staff member I worked with was very analytical, smart and customer-focused. The suggested tests of the handheld radio I was experienced difficulties with, to confirm the nature of the issue I was reporting, were exactly right and clearly came from a depth of knowledge from the support staff member that I very much appreciated. I received warranty service quickly and efficiently and I would not hesitate to purchase from Radioddity again, given this level of support.

The support service provided by Radioddity regarding my purchase of a G90 was outstanding. The support person (Hazel) guided me through various diagnostic steps to resolve a problem..The issue is resolved. I am happy with the support and the communication provided. I ended up sadly returning a radio I purchased from Radioddity, but the customer service experience throughout the process was terrific, from helpful questions and suggestions by them as I tried to work through the issue through to the conclusion of deciding to return the radio. I will feel very comfortable shopping there again.

When it was confirmed that my X6200 radio had failed, they immediately sent me a replacement—and they shipped it by express delivery without any unnecessary hassle (to Europe). I had an issue with my Xeigu G90. I wrote to Radioddity and they were on it. They asked for a short video of the problem, which I provided. They gave me a list of what they wanted back from me. They provided a ship label. As soon as they saw that my unit had been shipped from me to then, they sent me out another radio. Excellent, excellent, excellent service...

I had a issue with a product I purchased from Amazon a Raddy weather station, they put me on to them and from
there it was nothing but perfect, there customer service is totally amazing and big shoot out to Hazel she is top shelf I feel like we are family now, everything is wonderful and she had the solutions to my issues well done Hazel.
