I changed insurance providers recently through quote devil and needed confirmation email/documentation that same day to be able to drive had to follow up by a call twiice that day as received no emails. Recently bought new car and i wanted to change my policy to reflect that, again no confirmation email received even though i was told i will get one straight after the call. Numver of follow up emails sent requesting it, no answer. They have no portal to view your documents/ request changes you have to call every time, both times staff was rude and unhelpful and obviously both times not doing their work right as they havent provided the confirmation emails as promised- AVoid. Called insurance directly but cannot deal with me as insurance is through quote devil. Very difficult

Quote Devil are super when you start with them. They get you good deals. But as the years go on the prices hike up enormously and the earlier connection is lost and it is a case of simply cough up their enormous car insurance fees. Not impressed.

The girl on the line was so helpful as I was trying to get an urgent document to no avail and somehow she managed to get it - I wish I could remember her name but she was pleasure and made my day - no stress now - you are lucky to have an employee like her - a huge thank you - Shirley feighery

Trish has been fantastic. Insurance brokers/companies get a bad rep in general but Trish is just amazing to deal with and very helpful.
