Ryan Platt called at 09:15 as pre arranged. He was extremely professional, polite and efficient. Went straight to work and had the tap fixed in 20 minutes. Excellent job.

They arrived early and provided excellent service. The engineer Ryan Platts even walked me through how to change the cold water filter and everything else.

We love the tap since we installed it about 7 years ago. However our experience re the fault wasn't great. It's hard to speak with someone so we had to complete some kind of service request online. We were given an explanation and quote for c €500 to replace the tank due to 'compromised vacuum seal'. We felt disappointed with this level of cost after just 7 years. We were advised to install a circuit breaker on the plug as a possible cause.
The service engineer Ryan Platts was excellent, professional, punctual and nice guy all round.

Jason arrived promptly for our service visit. I rang on Monday and received a service for Wednesday. Our Quooker tap had stopped working after 11 years and I expected to have to replace it. Jason was very friendly and professional and got the tap working again saving us a large amount of money.
