Quizlet is a lightning fast way to memorize vocabulary lists. It's like flashcards, but much more fun and interactive.

This is great, but not great…
It’s AWESOME!!!!
It helped me learn my grammar aspects with the Q Chat, and with the limited comments (on free mode) I won’t be using my phone the whole time I am studying Japanese (or the whole day Lolol) It has also helped me to make a nice long vocabulary list, a custom dictionary, and help me understand many phrases and questions!!!
My only problem with this is that the Q chat not can be really annoying because it asks me for my study habits every time I log on and the chats won’t save. The bot also made me talk about my study habits for an annoying 10 minutes straight when he finally asks, “ Is there any specific aspect of grammar, vocabulary, or kanji that you find particularly challenging or would like more guidance on?”
Another thing I find annoying is that Quizlet has flashcards, but not many quizzes (which was the main reason I signed up) but overall, it good.
Note(and edit): I use the free version.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, super fast resolution to my query. Thank you!
Mfs give you one chance to choose…
Mfs give you one chance to choose answer mode and if you mislick ever you won't get the chance again unless you get plus, get lost Quizlet, I used to love you but you became a greedy corporate company. You're a disapointment.
Their website has a little lags
Their website has a little lags. I suggest some improvements
Scam
Like many people here I was charged by Quizlet for months without my knowledge. After contacting them I got a refund for the last month only. Keep away.
Everythings blocked behind a paywall
Terrible
Terrible. Even with an excellent network connection and a powerful PC, You will still experience significant lag. The site freezes at times, you get kicked out occasionally, and glitches are a common occurrence. Additionally, it includes ads, which is understandable for a free "learning" tool, but in 7 out of 10 cases, the ads can be highly inappropriate for kids and students. Some valuable features have been either removed or hidden, such as the writing mode, making it hard to locate. Previously free features have now transitioned into "premium" features that require payment. To make matters worse, the built-in voices sound horrendous and are unintelligible in certain cases. Quizlet also used to be better.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! says free but its paid subscribtion
Sign up.. quiz free.. after a short time they want you subscribe at a monthly fee…WHY DID YOU WASTE MY TIME IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
Basically functional
Basically functional. Good translation function for languages. But it is so messy and un-user friendly. The whole screen is covered in things you don't need, constant pop-ups and other rubbish. I would pay for a clean version that had less functionality and just did flashcards properly, but the upgrade seems to give you even more stuff you don't want.
Quizlet stole my money
Quizlet stole my money, so now i have to refund it. I payed for quizlet plus, but they didn’t add it to my account. Horrible horrible people who steal money from students. And the help center is not helpful at all. Had to fix this problem on my own.
Very helpful
Quizlet charged me $36 annual…
Quizlet charged me $36 annual membership in October and again $36 in November. When i contacted them to refund the second duplicate charge the response was that it is not eligible for a refund. It was THEIR mistake! I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company and im disgusted with them.
Can't Learn Without Plus
If you actually want to do any learning (without flashcards), you have to get quizlet plus. I am trying to study with it but I am having major trouble with quizlet.
Quizlet review
The website efficiently makes tests and flashcards, from the material you give it.
Quizlet ist schlecht
man muss bezahlen zum lernen was eine frechheit!
Used to be great
Used to be great. But now you have to pay for it. Which is a major bummer for students because the best part of it was the fact that it was free
A shell of what once was
wow. Current university student and Quizlet user for 8 years. Every single great feature that was once free is now locked behind a paywall. The company is now more committed to emptying the pockets of students rather than educating them. Everytime is use the platform, I get absolutely bombarded with distracting ads. I get teased with free trials of learning modes THAT WERE ONCE FREE AND GREATLY EFFECTIVE. NOW I SEE ADS EVERY 3 MINUTES. Kinda hard to focus on my study set when advertisements are being shoved down my throat. Absolute joke of an educational company. Enjoy the bankroll though.
Tech can't help itself
Tech can't help itself. They make a sleak, simple, efficient interface. Lots of folks love it. American business practices officially state: If you aren't 1% better now than you were 10 seconds ago then you haven't read enough of our "motivational posters" we hang on the corporate hallways that you're supposed to be inspired by. Then they change this, add that, change this again, move the log in from the right to the left, change the layout, update, modernize, total quality management, change, change, change. Gotta make your boss think your worth the salary. Quizlet changes every single time you log in. It's like that app that randomly picks a website for you to go to when you're bored online. Can anybody who makes an online app just leave the damn thing alone. If you like having to retrain yourself every 2 months on all the new updates, then you'll love Quizlet
Addendum: Now there's a pay structure to access certain elements of what used to be free. Kids are asked for emails. Who knows what the LLC does with that info. I'm sure they'll say, "We take your information seriously and blah blah blah." But they'll use it to make money. That's what corporation do. They do whatever is required to separate you from your money. Why don't we just get McDonalds to run schools, maybe Chic-Fil-A?
