Quickslide Limited Reviews 

I bought quickslide windows for majority of my house several years ago as met with this company at a building show. Quickslide recommended WLRG to fit the windows, what a disaster! WLRG has now gone into administration. Emailed Quickslide many times and they have washed their hands helping me I am now left with with 2 sash windows which have never been fitted properly and damp walls. Disgrace and asked about the 10 year guarantee as not received any paper work. They will not help me. They were fitted a few years ago so the date of experience isn't correct

It is always a pleasure to deal with Quickslide, every member of staff i have spoken to are helpful, polite and efficient. Aftersales and the customer care are attentive and listen to your needs and find a quick resolve.

My door has needed adjusting a few times over its 10 year life, but everytime i call upon Quickslide, they arrive very quick and sort it quickly also

I've bought four windows from them - I wanted them in a custom colour and two of them were of a non-standard shape. They were very quick to provide a quote and equally quick to amend the quote after I'd had a final measure up and changed the sizes slightly. They offered a great range of options for things like vents and opening hardware, After asking for quotes from three local firms, Quickslide were far and away the quickest to respond and offered the best price (two of those firms have yet to send me a quote, several months after asking!). The windows arrived in a reasonable timeframe, and were complete with all accessories, including a touch up pot of the colour I'd specified - a nice touch! When I found the big window was too heavy to move I wondered about removing the glazing first -a quick look at their website revealed a very comprehensive range of help videos, one of which gave me just the help I needed to do the job. Can't fault them.

We Had a small problem with a bi-fold door and I think it's not the problem that matters but how the company deals with the problem. Today Andy from Quickslide came to site and sorted the problem and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted.

Fantastic service and after sales service

On the recommendation of a neighbour I had all the windows for a new-build house supplied by Quickslide. I am very pleased with them, especially the mechanism that allows the outside to be cleaned from inside the house, and I would have given a five-star rating had it not been for the terrible after-sales service. When I enquired about replacing a broken glazing unit I was told "Without the correct Quickslide job number we are unable to assist." I don't have and have never had Quickslide's internal job number and had to resort to shopping around for a local glazier to make a replacement unit.

We ordered over 30 mainly sliding sash windows in 2 batches for a project. The quality of the windows is excellent and great value for money. The lead times for both orders were accurate. The communication prior to each delivery and from their own drivers were faultless. Congrats to Ben English and the rest of the Quickslide team for showing how it can be done.

A very reassuring and professional experience all round..... from making a 'cold call' into the showroom and being looked after by Sue who understood our product needs and our tricky logistics, to a very prompt survey by Steve (on a Bank Holiday) followed by a perfect, tidy and on-time installation (by Steve & Giles) just 2 weeks or so later.
We did not know of this company beforehand as we live 300 miles away so needed to find a company who we could work with and who could deliver on time for when we can back again for the installation.
Would recommend them to anyone.

As a house builder and developer we have used many window companies over the last 25 years. Quickslide is by far the best we’ve come across. Jess in sales is very efficient with great communication and always ready to offer design solutions to jobs that aren’t always straightforward.
As with all businesses ,at times things do go wrong. Tracey in the customer care team has always been great to deal with, rectifying any problems and getting us back to work ASAP. Ultimately keeping us and our customers happy.

A really helpful company. They installed the bi-fold doors to our house prior to us owning it. There was a minor issue with a part on the doors, but they took time to understand the issue and were kind enough to send us out a replacement part and offer advice from their fitter if we needed it. They really have exceeded my expectations. Thank you 😊
