The service this time cannot be faulted with the exception of the difficulty paying the invoice due to some software glitch on the quote hub
the delivery driver Rudolph was very nice and helpful

Had a problem with my french doors
Had a problem with my french doors, received full support from Lisa in sending drawings and answering my initial questions. When the problem was still outstanding Lisa advised her engineer Dave would call at an agreed time.
Dave called and after the advice received the problem was solved and my French Doors are working perfectly. Great after sales support from the team. Always reassuring to know even though the product has been installed for several years the support is still available.

Great Service from Laura Brook
I recently had an issue with a miscommunication regarding my order, and I want to specifically thank Laura Brooks in the accounts department for how she handled it. From start to finish, Laura was incredibly understanding and patient with me, taking the time to listen to my concerns and get to the bottom of what had gone wrong.
She kept me updated throughout the process and was consistently helpful, making sure the issue was resolved properly rather than just brushing it aside. It's rare to get this level of genuine care and attention from customer service these days, and it made a real difference to my overall experience with Quickslide Windows.

Long Term Customer
I've been using quickslide since 2013 and we have had a lovely experience with this company. I found them good on price and products with constant innovation and upgrades, extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff with helpful and courteous drivers.
The latest addition is the online portal which has increased our sales and efficiency when doing quotations and orders.
On the rare occasion when things do go wrong, they would do everything to get things solved quickly for the installers.
