GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
BUT, each time the software updates, it changes data in my accounts. I don't like that.

A comprehensive thorough system for managing my finances.

My Quicken continues to stop in mid-work, it will freeze up, I eventuly will reboot the computer only to have quicken to update. after the update I have lost all my recent work and forcing me to re-enter it!

I am a simple person and I want my checkbook to be simple, too. Using Quicken Classic makes it easy for me to balance my checkbook. That's all I want. No worries. No wondering where I made an error.

So far, I am doing well with you. I have not had any significant problems. I wish it remains the same..

So aggravated. Seems periodically an update will cause an inconvenient loss of data. Now ALL my split references have been lost. So I've had to manually go back and re-enter all my Social Security entries to include the gross amount, federal taxes and medicare. And this is just one example.

I am still recovering from all the work involved after your problem with Fidelity Investments. I had to close all my existing Fidelity accounts in Quicken and open new ones. Of course that deleted much information and I had to re-enter all of it. The fix for Fidelity also resulted in fixing my other bank accounts. This is something that should either never happened or you should have had a fix after the first issue was resolved.

My computer went down in a power outage. I had to reset my computer. I had a horrible time reinstalling Quicken and finding backups. I never could find an up to date one and have lost about 5 months of data. Where exactly are backups stored??? Why couldn't I find my data?

Follow your demographic ... I am thinking many of your long-term customers are growing more concerned about retirement planning and taxation as they used to be about current spending and investment.

Have you talked to the Boldin folks? Seems like a potential joint opportunity.

I only used quicken as a way to track my expenses and act as a checkbook and easily reconcile my account. With recent changes downloading transactions from my bank became too difficult and then non-existent so I was doing my reconciliation and input manually. This defeated one of my reason for using the product.

I ended up subscribing two 2 different programs during initial set up. Quicken deluxe and quicken simplifi.

I have been using quicken for over 20 years and my file is very large. I connect to all of my outside brokerage houses. The program has gotten enormously slow. Can easily take a minute plus to clear a transaction? Anything that can be done to speed things up?

The American Federation Dollar is the ONLY money issued by The United States of America (i.e our actual sovereign, not incorporated nation), yet it is not provided as one of the many currencies that can be used in Quicken. That is very unpatriotic.

I like the improvements in adding transactions via downloads, and that I can have a default category for each transaction.

I've been using Quicken for many years. I always know exactly where we stand with our finances. By recording credit card payments and recurring payments I know what is what to expect.

Quicken needs to run under Linux. With more and more of the user base going that direction it makes sense to support Linux.

stop raising the prices. you can't raise prices on a product that isn't getting better. I will be cancelling.

Excellent software and can take multiple accounts unlike other platforms.

I generally found the product to be combersome and the interface to be ancient. That's fine, it's not for me. The real problem is that it takes 2 seconds to sign up and it's imposible to cancel. Second year in a row ive been billed after cancelling and the mechanism is ambiguous at best. I'm fruatrated.
