💪🏽🎉

Where to start?! I joined Beth at 4.5 months postpartum, i had a 15 year age gap between my children so i know how hard it is to lose the mom tum. I naturally have a petite frame and suffer with IBS-C so most days im bloated/still look pregnant!

Beth tailored my meals to foods i liked and specific for my goals....she almost made meals that were super quick to prep. Anytime i wanted a new meal Beth was able to upload this within 24 hours if not same day!

I wanted to see results over night lol as most people do but my training was interrupted by lack of sleep an me wanting to eat comfort food! However Beth keep me on track with words of encouragement and sure enough did i see results!!!

Thanks to Beth im in a happy place physically and will continue to grow stronger 💪🏽💪🏽

Beths program is worth every penny!!! X

The best fitness and nutrition coach around!

Beth is simply amazing. She has been so supportive and helped me to make better lifestyle changes that are still enjoyable tasty meals. She has helped me to reach my goal of losing weight within the set time frame. Great communication and always on hand if you have any questions. I would highly recommend.

Truly incredible couldn’t recommend Beth enough!

Beth is truly amazing at what she does. She really helped me to stay accountable to my goals.

Beth had educated me on how to train efficiently and how to manipulate my calories and macros in order to loose weight and build muscle.

I would 100% recommend Beth to anyone who is looking to get in shape or is looking to live a healthier lifestyle she truly is incredible.

If you’re considering signing up, just do it!

If you’re considering signing up, just do it! It’s honestly been the best decision I made. After lacking confidence, gaining weight due to working from home and over indulging in food, I wanted to make a change but didn’t know where to start. After starting Beth’s plan, I gained confidence in the gym (actually knew what I was doing after a few weeks), and started to have a healthier relationship with food and weed out those unhealthy habits. In a nutshell, you get out what you put in and Beth will work with you 110% to help you meet your goals. I needed someone like Beth to hold me accountable and keep me on track so if you need a bit of structure and constant motivation, sign up!

Loved it ❤️

I decided to get involved with Bethany's plan after following her for a few years on Instagram. Honestly being coached by her and having a person who has a passion for making me hit my goals was one of the best personal decisions I could make for myself.

She provides some very lovely recipes that will fit into the calories specified for that particular moment in time. My meals on a daily basis consist of breakfast, 2 snacks, lunch and dinner.All this nutrition leaves me not feeling hungry. There are so many meal options available aswell. If I don't like something I just ask her to change it and she will replace it with something else.

She provides workout programs to cater to my specific needs. Mine was to lose weight and get more muscle mass on my chest, which I managed to do. Amazing feeling.

Saying that her communication skills are second to none, she wants me to win and I can genuinely feel that. That's a plus for me.

I've learnt things that I can take with me for life and can even incorporate my own spin on things.

This woman is amazing.

I’ve absolutely loved this program

I’ve absolutely loved this program, the recipes, the training, the support, all of it! Beth has been a great help to me in changing my mindset regarding food and also motivating me to reach my goals. Whenever I felt that I needed some tweaks to my program whether it was food related or the workouts she always accommodated me and was there to answer any questions I had regarding form etc. love it!

Beth was really lovely to work with…

Beth was really lovely to work with during my weight loss journey. She is supportive and encouraging when feeling demotivated. Her app has lots of good good food and calories are already counted for you all you have to do is measure and cook! Instructions are very clear and overall I had a good experience!

The best coach

I started with Beth with the goal of losing weight and building muscle 12 weeks ago. I had been going to the gym for over a year before starting with Beth but made no progress. Beth helped me with my nutrition as well as training and the results are showing physically as well as mentally. I have developed a healthier relationship with food and have developed other good habits in my personal life. Beth is extremely supportive and champions all my wins no matter how small. My journey is only just beginning and I’m excited to see what i can achieve with the guidance and motivation from Beth.

I wish I started years ago

I have been with Beth for almost 7 weeks now and I havnt looked back. I've had trainers in the past who had me on strict, boring diets with little guidance on what or when I should be eating and repetitive workouts.
Being coached by Beth is a totally different experience. The meals are delicious, quick and easy to make. There's a huge variety of meals and snacks to choose from. I never thought creamy pasta sauces and bagels could be included in my meal plan.
I feel like I'm finally making the progress I need to achieve my goals. The workouts are perfect for what I want to do in the gym and I'm getting stronger each week and look forward to each training session.
Beth is so genuine and knowledgeable and always on hand to answer any questions. I wish I had started years ago! I've no doubt in my mind that I will achieve my fitness goals with Beth's guidance.

Love love love being coached by…

Love love love being coached by Bethany. She is so helpful and always gives advice and tips when needed. I have lost so much weight since being coached by Bethany as well as my muscles starting to grow.

The recipes that are sent are absolutely amazing and if something doesn’t suit your needs Bethany will send alternatives.

I would highly recommend Bethany as your coach.

Coached By Bethany is the plan to follow!

I came to Beth as I had lost weight previously to starting with her and needed help continuing the weight loss and with the next step Toning and reshaping and to show me how to exercise and train properly.
I was not disappointed & hugely impressed with her knowledge & help with both the nutrition and the gym plans!
I work hard to a plan which is catered just for me so I can achieve the best possible results, and it works! I have lost cm’s and weight & I actually enjoy going to the gym!
I have had a few problems ( I hurt my shoulder) but I let Beth know and she changed my plan to suit the this and she checked on regularly for updates on how I was doing and only changed my plan back when she was 100% happy I was recovered!
I have also had the problem of the machines at the gym breaking so again, she changed the plan to incorporate this until it worked again.
We have check ins every week and the exercise plan is adjusted accordingly whether this be the exercise or food plan.
I am really enjoying being on this plan & can’t recommend it enough, I had my progress pictures on Friday at weigh in and I was shocked at the progress made!

Amazing coach!

Beth has been coaching me for 5 weeks now and in the short 5 weeks, I have literally seen my body transform. I feel better within myself too! Beth understands what your goals are and sets out a plan to achieve this. She is always available if I have questions and so supportive! She has honestly been the best coach to start this journey with. The weekly check ins are so motivating and Beth lets you know what you need to do/change to keep on track. The meal plans are amazing and so tasty! I can’t wait to continue and see my progression.

Brilliant Experience

I absolutely love personal online training with Beth, I’ve been on this training process for a while now during lockdown doing home workouts and now without restrictions back in the gym. I needed structure back in life and rein in what I was eating for my nutrition to get me back to my normal self. The programme Beth put me on was amazing and I’m so pleased with my results. I guarantee you will receive the outcome you are looking for and will feel great inside and out putting the work in on your end. The online app is very easy to navigate around to see your meals and workout programs. The communication from Beth is superb giving 100% support through out the journey whether your feeling down or at your highest she is always there to get you going. If you need the support jump on this journey for sure. 🙌🏾😆

Team Beth!

I first started with Beth 6 weeks after giving birth and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Within 2 weeks I was back in my jeans. But not only did I loose weight, it gave me a reason to leave the house and it gave me structure to my manic days with a newborn. Everyday I felt like I’d achieved something, even if it was going out with the pushchair for a 30 minute walk. After completing 12 weeks with Beth to loose my baby weight, I returned a few months later to tone up further and I haven’t looked back since. Beth is an amazing coach and is so encouraging and approachable. The meals are tasty and better than what I’d cook if I weren’t on a meal plan and the exercise is tailored around your lifestyle and goals. So go Beth! you’ve changed my life and made me a confident mama

AMAZING!

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Bethany, she is so kind and patient and knows exactly what to say to keep you motivated! Her meal plans are to die for and she teaches you how to eat healthy and exercise whilst still enjoying the things you love!

Incredible coach 💕

I have been working with Beth for nearly a year and a half now and my lifestyle has improved dramatically since then, I look better, i feel better but I also have a healthy relationship with food now which I never had before and it means the world to me! She tailors my plan weekly depending on my goals and needs, and puts so much work into it with coming up with new meal ideas so I can actually enjoy them which helps staying on plan 💕 starting to work with Beth was one of the best decisions I ever made!

On month 4 with Bethany now and i can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done. She’s taught me so much about nutrition (being able to eat loads of delicious food) and training and I’m loving every minute of it. Very helpful and always on hand if you need something. The changes in my body I could never of got without her. Definitely recommend 🥰
