Good starting point, but not worth +£200 a month long-term

I do think Beth’s programme has a clear strength. It’s great for people who still want to eat seasoned, tasty Afro-Caribbean food while working towards their goals. That felt like her real USP, and the app was useful for recipes.

However, I paid over £200 a month and after 2 months, I struggled to see the value in spending that much. The most useful parts for me were understanding my macros, including protein, carbs, fats, overall calories, learning how to build meals around them, and feeling more confident in the gym with the workouts - but tat was achieved with 1 month

Outside of that, the coaching felt quite generic. I submitted my pictures and weekly check-in forms, which asked about sleep, diet and progress, but the responses often felt basic and automated. Some things I raised were not really addressed, and the replies felt more like general encouragement than personalised coaching - I do suspect AI or automated response was used - but cannot 100% be sure

The workouts also stayed the same, so I didn’t feel like the programme was being adapted much based on my progress - I got bored,

Overall, I can see the value if you mainly want macro guidance, Afro-Caribbean recipe ideas and gym structure. But for £230 a month, I expected more tailored support. I’ve since seen an 8-week plan advertised for £290, which looks quite similar, so I’d advise anyone considering it to ask clear questions about pricing, what is included, and how personalised the support actually is. Your best bet is staying for 2-3 months or a one-off, short term programme as opposed to longer length

Highly recommend Queen Academy

Highly recommend Queen Academy!

Beth is amazing at what she does. Love how detailed everything is from the workouts, meal plans and communication.
I really enjoyed the last 8 weeks working with Beth to achieve amazing results. I can’t thank her enough for all the help she’s given me. I’ve learnt so much about food and nutrition and that is why I was able to stay motivated and I was super happy with the program and progress I’ve made!
So many different options and variety of meal choices, everything I tried was 10/10.

Beth is a great coach

Beth is a great coach, she genuinely wants you to achieve your goals. Her support over the past few months has been unwavering and she is so gentle with her approach which I really appreciated as a postpartum mum trying to get back to feeling her best.

With Beth’s support I managed to drop down to pre baby size with roughly 3 months of consistent effort. The meal options are great, the workouts are enjoyable and the best part is being able to be a part of a great community of like minded queens!

I would highly recommend the Queen Academy to anybody who’s thinking of signing up.

Highly recommend!

Beth has been an amazing trainer. You get so much from working with her. She has so much knowledge regarding fitness, gym workouts & nutrition. She has not only helped me to lose weight but also with becoming more confident in the gym. Beth was highly encouraging & supportive throughout our time working together. Through her training you also have access to a lovely group of women also on their fitness journey. I highly recommend Queen Academy Coaching!

More than worth it!

Signed up for the 4 month programme back in August and have stayed ever since. Cannot recommend Queen Academy enough, not only have I lost 20kg in 6 months, I am also the fittest I have ever been and have developed skills for life with my eating as well as going to the gym. I also haven't had to cut out any of the foods I usually eat (African Caribbean dishes, sweets, cakes etc.) and have really enjoyed the process! Thank you!

Wow Queen Academy is worth your money

Wow Queen Academy is worth your money. Lovely welcoming community this program has taught me so much about my nutrition being able to eat the food I love I still received results. No more eating boring meals which makes it more sustainable and a lifestyle. Beth is an amazing coaching good vibes I used to hate doing Bulgarian splits squats and now I love doing them and know how to do them. I would highly recommend a program to anybody who’s on their journey thank you Beth.

Transformative!

It was such a great experience! I got all the support I needed from Beth, especially when I wasn’t sure with certain exercises. There was a wide range of meals, which I loved so I didn’t feel like I was deviating away from what I usually eat. The weekly check ins was a great way to see progress on how you’re getting on top. I would absolutely recommend!

Excellent!

The first and only health and fitness plan I've (mostly) stuck to and started to see results after less than a year, would definitely recommend as I only stopped due to health reasons.

Consists of virtual weekly check-ins for your physical appearance and how you felt, what you struggled with etc which are great for motivation or giving you that kick that you need to stay disciplined.

Beth provides you with all your workouts and meal plans via the app so they are easy to follow including home workouts if you can't always get to the gym.

The items on the meal plan were the catalyst for me signing up as they still include enjoyable, realistic foods and if you follow it properly portion control is automatic. The onlyyyyy downside was I did struggle slightly with eating off plan when not at home as the catalogue for barcode scan-able foods is not vast so you can end up spending a lot of time inputting details. You also cannot amend the meals from the meal plan without having to create a separate version so just be mindful when making ingredient substitutes in real life.

Good but overpriced for online…

The programme was very good but I think overpriced considering it’s not in person training.
You take photos once a week and answer questions and that’s all.
Yyiu feel disappointed at times as it feels as if you’re alone.

This is my 2nd time working with Beth

This is my 2nd time working with Beth . I joined Beth 12 weeks post partum she has supported me during the recovery from my birth and as supported mentally and physically . Consistently encouraging me every week to show up for myself to do it for me and my family. Not only have I accomplished weight lost with Beth but I am now stronger and more confident in my own skin and body. My fitness level as been the best it’s been years I am more fitter now and stronger then I was pre children and I have 3. Beth as given me the skills now to continue independent ly. The first time in over 15 years I am now building muscle. The best thing about Beth she teaches you to be sustainable and most importantly enjoy your food. I would 💯 recommend Beth.

Queen Academy has helped me massively and Beth has been an amazing coach!

I have been following Beth’s programme for 4 months now. She has been amazing! She has been so supportive and wants the best for all of her clients!

I have done many different programmes over the years, and while some of them have worked, they require ridiculous amounts of commitment and are unrealistic for the longer term. Queen Academy has allowed me to continue eating the food I like, including chocolate and cultural foods, while still making progress. The recipes encourage a balanced diet. They are family friendly, tasty, easy to make and curbs my cravings.

The app is amazing! It’s so easy to track the foods you’re eating along with the macros. You can also upload all your progress pictures, weight, measurements, steps, sleep etc. There is a group chat on the app too. I like this because I don’t need to share my number or join a Facebook group- it’s all in one place!

Beth also provides workout plans and was quick to adjust these when I was without my car for a week. She has provided me with both gym and home workouts. I love that she wants you to do what you can, rather than shaming you! For instance, I did 3-4 workouts a week but Beth never made me feel bad if I could only fit the 3 in. She would praise me for getting my agreed minimum done.

I have enjoyed this programme and it’s something I can implement into my every day routine forever. It’s realistic and sustainable. I’ve learnt a lot. One of the key things being, there is no such thing as “bad food”, it’s all about balance!

I have done two 8 week challenges, Beth encouraged me all the way along even when I felt like I can’t do it anymore the gym session were great and push you every session, the meal plans are amazing something on there for every one’s needs highly recommend queens academy they helped me feel great in my clothes again and sexy for my husband 🥰

I couldn’t be more happier!

I couldn’t be more happier with finding Beth and the Queen Academy.
I have been with Beth for 5 months and lost 8 kg, 9cm around waist and 6cm on hips.
I feel much more confident with my body, my clothes fit me again that I didn’t want to throw away hoping they would fit me again and they did! Woohoo! Including shoes as well!

One big part why I have enjoyed the program is how inclusive Beth’s program is. This is important to me that there were women from different communities and to be able to eat my cultural food still and a smart way!

The workouts are diverse, structured for you…food choices are endless and diverse. Check ins are consistent and communication is so good.

I would recommend anyone to Beth if they wanna see change.

Her own journey is an inspiration!

I enjoyed the program so much I stuck…

I enjoyed the program so much I stuck with it for 6 months and can absolutely see the results.
I would highly recommend it to anybody serious about getting “snatched” and wanting to feel better about themselves. Beth is great at encouraging you to push yourself to achieve your goals through the regular check-ins.
I thoroughly enjoyed the menu options, it very much aligned with the food I usually enjoy and the workouts are great for the gym and home.
One of the best things about the program is that it is very easy to adapt it to your everyday life, I never felt as thought it was hard work or unsustainable.

Beth is amazing! Go for it!

Oh my goodness, where do I even start! I have had the best experience with Beth as my coach since March of this year. I started off with a consultation call and Beth was so so lovely, kind and welcoming. She listened with intent and zero judgement and I could already tell from that initial call that she had the coaching programme that I wanted to be a part of.

I'm a 36 year old mum of 4 and had gotten to a stage where I felt like I had lost who I was. I knew the way I wanted to feel but there was too much noise in my brain to help me get there! With Beth's knowledge and the personalised plan she set up for me, I was just so excited to get started! For me, the main goal was to start feeling good again mentally because I knew that naturally, that would lead to better habits and feeling good physically.

I've come to the end of my coaching journey with Beth and I can honestly say I'm a completely different person now to when I started. The weekly check-ins with Beth have been amazing at keeping myself accountable and they have also helped me to become more reflective on my weeks which then helps with sticking to the small weekly goals I set myself with Beth's guidance.

The community she has built is amazing and I've felt proud to be a part of it! If you're on the fence about this sort of thing, I would strongly advise you to go for it and just invest in yourself because it will be 100% worth it!

Queen Academy 10/10

Beth took the time to create a personalised meal plan and workout plan and we had weekly check ins to track progress. She was so encouraging and always on hand to speak, tweak things, answer questions and was committed to me achieving the results I desperately wanted to! She made it all so fun and I feel as though I have completely changed my life and outlook! I dropped 3kg and have gone from a size 16 to a size 12. I’ll keep going! Thanks so much Beth!
