Beth has been nothing but supportive…

Beth has been nothing but supportive and understanding throughout my journey with her!

She understands that I have commitments with a busy work schedule and also being a single mum to 2 children, so ensured I always felt supported and gave me a gentle push when needed!

Thankyou so much for helping kick start my fitness journey Beth, I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about joint the queen academy to do so, it really has changed my life for the better, and I can’t recommend Beth enough!

Beth really helped me change my…

Beth really helped me change my relationship with food as I’m a seasonal dieter! I started with Queen Academy in March, 2024 and had to end this month due to finances but I managed to lose a stone! Beth really understood me, I’m a mother of 2, PHD student and working full time it was hard to balance it all but she never gave up on me and always encouraged me to push through! I got to eat food I would usually eat and still lose weight! I’m gutted I had to end it, but I’ve learnt so much and would definitely be back!

Amazing

Beth is an excellent coach, professional, patient and motivates you to achieve your goals. I followed her program for about a year, but I don't regret a single moment, because the experience with her completely changed me! I train with pleasure and the recipes she offers are delicious! It was a real pleasure working with you I recommend it to everyone, especially to you women! The best!

Amazing coach 🥰

Beth has been an amazing coach, she loves to help all women of all abilities achieve their fitness goals. Beth tailors a workout plan and meals that fit into your lifestyle and is always a message away. Beth's videos and posts gave me the courage to take the plunge and start my fitness journey and I never looked back. 5 months later and i feel stronger, healthier and feel positive about my body and the changes I thought I would never make after having 3 children, struggling with my health and being so busy. Although Beth will push you, she is understanding, caring and listens to you needs. Beth values each and every one of her clients, she will definitely hold you accountable and she genuinely loves to empower women! If I can do it, so can you! Thank you for helping me start my fitness journey! Your a gem 💎 x

Beth is amazing!!

Beth is amazing!!! The past 8 weeks has been challenging but her determination and coaching kept me going. Beth is always a message away if you’re struggling and need that extra support, I’m sad our time has come to an end but I have learned so much from Queen Academy, you can still lose weight and enjoy the food you love. Thanks Beth for everything

Leaner. Fitter. Stronger. Healthier & Lighter

Working with Bethany has been transformative. Despite my inconsistencies, I went from size 14 to 8/10 thanks to her guidance. She tailored workout plans and nutrition advice to fit my lifestyle, offering constant support and motivation. Her positivity and dedication kept me on track. I've gained confidence, improved health, and learned to live a balanced life. Highly recommend Bethany for empowering and effective coaching! I now am also able to walk 10k steps on some days and lift and build things myself without the help of my husband.. thanks To Bethany I am fitter, stronger, leaner and healthier. Still got 4-5kg’s to go but I’ll get there 🙏

Had a great experience working with Beth! She knew exactly when to push me and give me a nudge when I wasn’t managing to hit my targets. In just 8 weeks I feel like a different person already and can’t wait to work with her again. Thank you so much!

The Queen Academy is amazing!

Beth is so great to work with and her programme is the truth! I joined the 8 week programme and learnt new things about myself. I didn’t think I could lose weight as it seems so stubborn to lose but with Beth’s tailored workouts and the balanced diet meal plans, which allows you to eat your favourite foods in a healthier way, I have seen a difference physically and mentally. A new found confidence has been found and I’m determined to keep going as now it’s become a lifestyle. The check ins and holding you accountable is great and really keeps you going, her support and understanding is unmatched. So grateful to have joined and have become a part of the Queen Academy!

Beth is absolute an Angel !
If you’re someone like me who has lost and gained weight over the years but now wants to build healthy habits so that you can loose weight and maintain it healthily then this is for you ! Beth helps you keep accountable whilst introducing you into the programme with ease and then builds you up as you progress. Beth encourages a balanced diet and exercises that suit your circumstances. I lost 7kg over a span of 6 months and it’s 7kg that is staying off ! I now am active everyday and don’t feel guilty about what I eat because I have a balanced diet consisting of foods I actually like and enjoy. Thank you so much Beth, you have set me up well to reach my goal for the year xx

I have worked with Beth on the 8 week…

I have worked with Beth on the 8 week programme. The tailored workouts were challenging and allowed me to build strength. The meal selection is second to none. Tasty and realistic meals, with so many options to choose from.
I have achieved a substantial weight loss and shift in mindset towards being healthy.

Best online coach there is

Beth is amazing. For a coach that is only online and never face to face, it doesn’t feel like that at all. You can tell she really cares about your goals. Beth has helped me to adapt to a lifestyle to help me reach my goals and for that I am extremely grateful. She is honestly the best! I would recommend he over and over again

Beth is the perfect balance between not being too pushy and pushing you to be the best version of yourself.

The app…the food plans…the workouts….are all done for you so you literally just have to follow it along with weekly supportive check ins.
You don’t just lose weight, it’s literally a whole mindset change. You think you can’t see things any other way and then, it all makes sense. Oh, and the recipes on the app 10/10 🔥

Honestly….Beth is the kind of coach that every girl wants in their girl gang 👏🥰

I signed up to Beth’s coaching program

I signed up to Beth’s coaching program, as needed help and guidance to start my fitness journey. Never having done this kind of thing before, I was nervous. But she was so lovely and welcoming. Always happy to help and talk. The plans she designed for me, have helped me in so many ways, and eating habits have been turned around after years and years of just trying things.

Best Online Female Coach!


Honestly have to thank Beth so much for her help, she’s been the best. She’s patient with adjusting the programme towards your needs and offers a great range of food options, especially Nigerian/Carribean. I felt very stuck with my weight and journey before I started, but Beth really helped me to be more consistent, be mindful of certain foods that can affect/help with hormones and also helped me hit weights I never thought I would lift. (Leg days are my fave)
I’m wayyyy more confident in the gym now and my capabilities so thank you! 🙏🏾

No regrets with online coaching

I’ve worked with Beth for just over 3 years, I originally signed up for a 6 week challenge and I think that says it all. Working with Beth is a motivational boost each week, she is very good at finding what’s best for you personally and what your life involves and making a plan that’s individual to you what ever your goal. I find the app easy to use to track workouts that have been planned and offers lots of variety for meal plans. I wouldnt go to anybody else for digital coaching after working with Beth.

For anyone thinking of linking in with Beth, do it!

One of the best things I ever did was getting Bethany as my personal coach. 5 months ago I contacted Beth and since then Iv lost a stone in weight. It's been a slow process but I don't mind as I'm learning along the way and have a busy social life. My relationship with food is so much better as I don't feel guilty when I have my treats and drink and most importantly so is my mental health. I feel high on life lately and it's definitely down to working out and eating properly.

I also suffer with pcos and my cycle was every 35-40 days and now since the lifestyle change, my cycle is every 28 days.

The best thing I ever did was contact Beth, she's honestly so nice, non judgemental and understands I have a busy social life but also ensures I stay accountable and stay on track which is something I need as I would have given up after two weeks!! 5 months in and I'm still going strong. 💪

Beth is an amazing coach

Beth is a lovely person , such a great coach very professional, friendly and supportive she gives great advice and encourages you to push and believe in yourself. The plan is amazing its not one plan for everyone she switches up things to suit you,the training and food plan has changed my mindset completely its helped me become constant with food and training the meals are amazing so much to choose from! It has helped my relationship with food and stopped me from binge eating as there are enough tasty meals to last a life time 😆 Beth always makes you feel better and brings positivity to things if you aren't feeling great or Have low motivation 😊 this Is a lifestyle change for me and I feel 100% better. Would highly recommend 👌

Beth listens to what you need and…

Beth listens to what you need and adjusts accordingly to make it work for you. I love that it's not a one size fits all programme. The meals are tasty and the workouts are just what I needed to get me going. Apart from the weightloss I learnt about myself and my relationship with food. I would highly recommend
