I always shop here have done for over 20 yrs but never again the fish don’t last long and my water has been tested as spot on and I’ve had fish for over 20 yrs so I know what I’m doing also the staff are so miserable grumpy and rude never shop here again there loss as I normally spend £500 a year in here
Same as the other guy placed and order on 15th November. Order in their address shows as "In Preperation" like how can it take 10 days to prepare an order? And it still has not arrived sent an email to staff no reply.... I should probably try writing to PayPal see if I can get my money back at least.
these guys take your money and don't provide you with your order I purchased some products in tail end of April on a next day delivery the sum I paid them £31.37 they order never arrived and they will not pay me my refund and also pay were not much help neither folks do not purchase from this English based company in Chorley you will wave good bye to your money and nothing in return be vigilant
