I ordered 4 wellness journals and…

I ordered 4 wellness journals and positive affirmation cards for colleagues who where going through challenging times on the 19th March and received confirmation of my order.

I am still waiting for a delivery. I have called and left a message, emailed, and left messages on Facebook.
I did receive a response on Facebook on 17th April from Ben to say it would be rectified immediately.

This is 19/05/25 and am still waiting. I have not received any further response or a refund following my request for one.
£54.50 taken from my account with no items delivered, and met with silence.

Beware not to find yourself in a similar situation.
They don't desire any stars but there was no option for zero stars.

AVOID this website. You will be charged for your order but never receive it!

I placed an order on March 31st after finding a water bottle I was looking for on this website. I received a confirmation email and invoice straight away. My credit card was charged.
After 2 weeks, the order had still not arrived, I emailed and asked when it would arrived. No reply. Phoned the customer service number...no reply so left a message to contact me. Nothing! Emailed and phoned again...nothing. Emailed again and asked for a refund. Still nothing.
AVOID THIS WEBSITE. I also notice, after a search, on Gov.uk that their accounts are overdue.
Will be reporting to trading standards etc

Items never arrived and zero response from firm

I placed an order on 19th December, received a confirmaton email and the items was informed that the items had been posted on 6th January. This was a protracted period however, given the holiday season I wasn't bothered. It's now the 10th February and the items haven't arrived. I've called, emailed and messaged the firm on Instagram but have had no reply at all. I'm pretty disgusted and would warn anyone else against purchasing from this company.
