The registration process was easy and straightforward. I recommend using it. One thing that could be improved however is the process of cancelling all services that are provided for free for a duration of one year. It’s not straightforward to do it using the website and I had to call to get more details about it.

Why 5 stars? I couldn't find anything to fault. I got to speak to someone (nice) when I needed guidance, the comms was great, the package good value from what I learned along the way and my business address is in Covent Garden! What's not to like?
