The biggest scamming parking service in…

The biggest scamming parking service in Denmark. They don't even has a grace and their ticket checkers hide in the corners and issues tickets even before completion of 3 minutes time. Also their people on customer support are the most rude people I have ever seen. They should do business but ripping people's pocket is disgusting behaviour. You will soon bankrupt by this behaviour.

Tourists be careful. You get robbed!

Tourists, be careful! We parked at a McDonald's restaurant. In Germany no McDonald's has a paid parking area so we assumed the same here.
But there are very small signs often obscured by other parking cars which show that this is a paid parking area. So, we unintentionally parked there without paying the fee and ended up with a fine of a whopping 875DKK, approx. 117EUR!
An amount absolutely excessive. I wonder how Danish law is allowing this robbery.
So, fellow tourists. Look carefully where you park in Denmark to not get ripped of by this dubious organization!

Shamed company, Shamed business

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of ethics displayed by this company. I affixed my parking ticket to the window, only to have it blown onto the floor by the car's air conditioning system. Despite providing all necessary documents, including the bank charge receipt confirming payment of the parking fee, they still insist that the documents are insufficient proof of payment.

In this situation, it becomes evident that every aspect of their system is designed to maximize profits, seemingly at the expense of customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to realize that their business model revolves around extracting every last penny from their customers.

A company that fails to respect its customers does not deserve respect in return. This company in Denmark appears to prioritize revenue from inspection fees over providing adequate parking space and respecting its clients.

I hope the inspection fee they have extracted from me brings them joy. It's my belief that such unethical practices will eventually be held to account, possibly under the watchful eyes of a higher power

Zero Stars

We parked in a near empty supermarket carpark near our accommodation in Aalborg in order to buy a parking disc as a local in Jelling, where we'd called in, said we needed one. An employee advised us to try a filling station as they didn't have any. On returning to the car after only 10 minutes we found a tiny parking ticket for a fine of DDK 875.
There was a warning sign in Danish. English would probably help all visitors. There was plenty of English on the ticket, however, detailing how to pay.
I appealed explaining we'd only been in Denmark about 6 hours and tried hard to be compliant. Q-Park took 15 weeks to respond. The decision - pay up or else we'll take you to court.
Q-Park is an appalling organisation and an embarrassment to Denmark.
My advice to foreign tourists thinking of driving in Denmark - don't. Go somewhere cheaper, more friendly, more beautiful, like, say Germany.
Sorry Denmark, not getting any 'Hygge' while you give Q-Park a licence to scam.

Greedy cruel money minded monsters

Parked the car, paid with the OK app with all the correct details and yet, got a parking ticket for 900 DKK. Seriously ? The driving lessons in Denmark conveniently does not teach you about the parking signages, the parking disc etc. Corruption between politicians and the parking companies ? Is Denmark becoming a capitalist hellhole ?

Pay attention in Denmark when you want…

Pay attention in Denmark when you want to park (even along the highway, Vejle tankstation for example). There are signs (vague) but not the usual signs as in Holland or Germany to indicate that you need a parking disc (parkeerschijf, Parkscheibe) while you can park for free for max 2 hours. You also do not expect that on a big parking lot along a highway, signs are unclear when you arrive. A Q-Park agent is actively walking around and the business/earning model is clearly to write penalties. I travel over the whole world but this I have never seen before. I could even proof that I was exactly 2 hours present (googlemaps overview and photo) but the agent running around and 'scoring' was even theatrical indicating he could not understand English. Q-Park was Dutch owned (I am Dutch) but I am ashamed that this is a business for them now. Clearly KKR is now owning the place so everything for the $ return! Walk on lego blocks the rest of your life, you deserve zero stars!

Q-Park consumes human flesh and drinks human blood, truly a parasite of society

I park downstairs of Fisketovet near Odense cityhall, but the parking area belongs to 2 different parking company! It's the same entrance and exit, and so much nearby (see EASYPARK this 2 area, 3823 and 3631). And I strongly belive I'm not the first person who got a ticket because of this kind of stupid parking region division. And Q -Park refuse to cancel or reduce my control fee。

We had to pay 875 dkk in Q Park Odense…

We had to pay 875 dkk in Q Park Odense city because we did not register when we arrived. It was very confusing, because it was a multi storey carpark and there was not any barrier. Shortly before, we parked in Q Park Comwell Andersen hotel and we could not register when we arrived but only when we left, because a camera made a photo of the number plate. I see that a lot of tourist must pay a fine to this company because the information is not clear enough, and I see that this Company rips off tourist!

Truly the worst company on trustpilot And they are not even embarrassed

Why do you have to give 1 star??? This truly sad company only deserves 0 stars. 1100+ reviews and 92% gives 1 star. And they just continue their business practice which revolves completely around confusing customers (danish and tourists) and making money from writing tickets. Truly shamefull. On top of that the complaints board (why do you even need one, that says enough) seems far from consumer right focused. TWO years it took them to handle the case hahahahahahah what a joke. And then Q park puts two lawyers on it Hahahahaha nothing else to do. I did get free representation so that was appreciated but I guess MY lawyer did not stand a chance anyway. Why do you people in denmark put up with this bs company?? Why do you not start some kind of class action lawsuit. I am disgraced that q-park is a Dutch company. Here in the NL they score great but anywhere else in Europe the score abysmal, with Denmark reaching an ultime low. Hahahahah I think there is no company with worse reviews than this sad sad sad excuse for a company. And the danish government lets this continue. You have no consumer law in Denmark??

The deserve 0 stars or even less

The deserve 0 stars or even less!
I was in a shop for 10 minutes and checked my clock before and my car was the only one on the parking are.
The clock was just a few minutes over the actual time as it is hard to hit the exact number on the clock.
Even the lady saw me coming with a wagen full of stuff and my child in hand walking to the car she hurried up to print the ticket for 875.
No way to talk to them…
This is a mafia and I wish you guys a very good week with diarrhea!

Parking on the university not for students nor teachers

We study at VIA university and so far through the last 2 years, we parked as usual in the university parking. Until we had to go to VIA in Aarhus; it turns out that parking there is owned by qpark and the standard parking rules of the university do not apply there. You cannot just park there when you are a student or teacher but you have to go through the time-consuming procedure of requesting a permit card even if you go there once.

I am so disappointed with this company

I am so disappointed with this company! I parked in a lot that Fog customers need to use especially when buying heavy items. I set my easy park timer and went in. The store manager was quite slow in helping me get the stuff I needed from their warehouse and my time expired while sorting out items and paying. I lost track of time and noticed this after about 20 minutes and reset it immediately. When I got outside I saw I had gotten a ticket! I immediately called Q park and they asked me to email them the details for their consideration. I emailed them all the details, including evidence of payments on easypark with barely 20minutes in between. They responded with asking for my address and to verify I was the driver. I called them. Then I never heard from them again for about a YEAR(just checked my email) and now I see they have sent my case to Collectia who have given mea bill with 247kr added on top…why TWO rykkers if this is the first I’m hearing from a debt collector?? And why didn’t Q park communicate with me??? Even to advise me that they wouldn’t drop the fine? Nothing…it’s very bad practice! I believe a fine shoudl be for ppl who are AVOIDING/ILLEGALLY parking in a ticketed spot, not ppl who clearly abide by the rules of a parking space and just make a simple and verifiable MISTAKE! I think I will go out of my way now, to NOT park in any lots belonging or operated by Q-park dk ever again. Do better for ur customers! (Not so sure if it was the 22 or earlier…don’t have the bill now.
