Zero stars if possible every time they say address correction although my address is correct and they don’t even bother to call or try they just delay deliveries

Purolator provides the WORST service of all delivery providers AND if you want to complain they block your ability to do so. Purolator harassed me for over a year when somebody else used my email address by contacting me personally every time the other person ordered something on line that was delivered by Purolator. Had a TERRIBLE experience with Purolator when I needed an item picked up from Avis Rent a car desk at the airport and delivered to my house - It was a nightmare! Talking to an Agent they would not hang up the phone line to block my ability to give a bad review and just now when I tried to contact them about a delivery and gave a Very Disatisfied review they kept playing games by “dumping” my comments with “Ooops! Something went wrong with your submission” notification. PUROLATOR SEVICE SUCKS!

Total garbage service. The driver barely waited after ringing the building doorbell and left before I could even get downstairs to receive my package. Then customer support was unhelpful and ended the chat without giving me a real solution.
Now I’m being told to go pick up my own package in another area without even giving me clear pickup details or a proper time. What is the point of paying for delivery if customers still have to chase their own packages across the city?
Other courier companies manage to deliver properly or at least communicate clearly. This experience with Purolator has been frustrating from start to finish.

By far the worst delivery service in Canada I watched the delivery man I live in an apartment building top floor see him park get out the truck go to the back open the trunk look around close the trunk get in and drive off and all the sudden I get a delivery notification attempted delivery. This man did not even attempt to come to my door with a package in hand, and then said he left a note on my mailbox. Zero nope nothing next day same exact thing. Now I have to go out of my way to go pick up a package that I need urgently terrible lazy workers And this is not the first time anytime I see Purolator delivery I know I’m going to have this problem. It’s not just a delivery it’s a promise maybe change your slogan because the workers are not trying to do their job. They don’t even attempt to walk up to the door. They just drive around all day and then we have to use our gas and go pick our stuff up at some random location My time, my money, my gas wasted because this company doesn’t have competent workers. If I could rate zero stars, I would, because this has happened more than once

Purolator Driver Ryan
May 5/26 I had a package delivered and the wrong delivery address was on the package, I happened to be driving into the apartment building and I stopped Ryan and asked if the package happened to be mine, it was.
May 6/26 I had 2 more packages with the wrong address. Ryan actually remembered what I was driving and where I parked so he went over and checked my parking lot number and found my apartment number.
I have all my packages, Thank you Ryan, Hats off to you

The whole point of having something delivered is so that you don’t have to go pick it up. Why do these clowns knock on my door during business hours and then hold my package hostage when nobody answers the door? They force you to go pick it up yourself. Just leave it at the door bro, it’s common sense.

Previously, I had written about the failures in shipping and returning a big screen TV. The good ( not great) news is that someone there read the review and promised to fix it. It seems the squeaky wheel does get the oil. But here we enter the theatre of the absurd.
The oil was not applied properly.
They took the complaint to be about the service. Had they looked more closely, they would have seen it was about communication. Had the very first delivery person bothered to contact us. He would have known not to deliver it. In fact, he left a $500 TV sitting unprotected in the lobby. Now we are dealing with the return.
We were given a window of about 8 hours for the pickup. Did they expect us to wait in the lobby until they came, or leave it unprotecccccted in the lobby? They never arrived. When I inquired, I was told they had been there, but were unwilling to come to our apartment. They had promised to let the driver know he needed to go right to our apartment to pick up the item. Again, he failed to communicate with us.
We were then promised a next-day pickup. That didn't happen. Late in the day, a dispatcher called to say it would be the next day. They would not promise to pick up at the apartment. It was "at the driver's discretion'
They also suggested we get someone to lug it downstairs to the lobby, where it would sit unprotected again until they deigned to stop by.
Stay tuned for the next installment in this Kafka-esque drama.

Problem is that Purolator will not deliver to rural addresses where the house cannot be seen from the municipal road. Drivers think that it is appropriate to just leave parcels on the shoulder of an busy 80 km/hour arterial, 2 feet from the pavement. This is foolish and inappropriate service given that the recipient has often paid for by hand delivery to the door.

I am posting this review for employee Mike at the West Pender, Vancouver location. He was amazing, helpful and supportive when I needed to return a very large Amazon purchase. He helped me re-package the item. He went above and beyond in customer service.
Thx, Barbara Powell

I strongly advise anyone who wants to avoid unnecessary stress and wasted time to think twice before using Purolator.
I had a parcel scheduled for delivery, and I specifically stayed home waiting for it because the tracking indicated it would arrive that day. I waited until 5 PM. The next morning, the tracking was updated to “receiver unavailable.” There was no missed call, no knock, and no delivery truck outside. This is simply unacceptable.
I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, and instead of helping, the representative was dismissive. I made it clear that I didn’t need excuses—I just wanted my item delivered the next day. I was then given multiple inconsistent explanations: that the driver was new, that my full name wasn’t provided (which it was), and then that a company name was missing. I provided all the details again, including my full name, unit number, and phone number, and even gave clear instructions for the driver to call me if there was any confusion locating Unit 07. The CSR assured me the driver would call upon arrival.
The next day, the parcel was again marked “out for delivery.” Once again, I made sure to be available and was even at the front desk receiving packages from other delivery companies without any issue. Yet again, the tracking was updated to “receiver unavailable,” and now the delivery is pushed to the next business day—which means waiting an additional three days.
At this point, this is beyond frustrating—it’s outright unacceptable. I’ve now had to cancel my order and request a refund. An honest business lost a customer due to the incompetence and misleading delivery updates from Purolator.
This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable. I will not be using Purolator again nor will I do business from that company again if they wont stop using Purolator.

A courier company that cannot deliver for more than a week in the same city should not be called premier courier. I had shipments cross Atlantic in shorter time.
PUROLATOR did not try once to deliver. No timely, or informative updates (despite being subscribed to email notifications). Departed facility on April 25 - and maybe the driver got lost, as since then every day the update just states: New delivery date scheduled.
but - Estimated Delivery Date: Not Available.
Calling them did not help - they promised to escalate - but did not even bother to call back with any update.
Issues can happen - but - no updates and no communication is just not acceptable.

Terrible never attempted delivery. No signature needed and needed the item tomorrow. Delivery person just stuck the note on the door and left. Customer service was less than helpful and refused to do anything, I won't get my package for 3 more days and I have to pick it up

I wouldn't give them 1 star but that's the lowest i can rate. Said i wasn't home but I've been home all day with my dog who barks at anything outside. Claimed he left a notice and there was nothing. Driver lied and now i have to take another day off without pay to get my package...... would never use again if i had my way.

Call before you decide to return packages. Give more time to your drivers or get more drivers because they are either lazy or so rushed they don’t even bother to call or knock.

Our bin was lost. It was not scanned once it taken off the truck therefore multiple people did not do their job. After days of trying to get more information I was informed the investigation was closed because they can't find it nor will they reimburse for the items in the bin. They also sent me and invoice for a service that was not delivered. Communication is horrendous.
Never use Purolator!

Terrible service : does not ring for me to open; idot Chat (cannot recognize postal code; many Oops that force you to start over; cumbersome to use); bad customer service on phone; doesn't deliver on the date they said they would; etc. DO NOT buy from merchants who delivers via Purolator

This was the worst experience. I stayed home all day and even took time off just to make sure I wouldn’t miss the delivery. They claimed they tried to deliver and left a notice, but that’s not true - no one came and nothing was left. It feels like they didn’t even try. Really frustrating and terrible service.

Very Bad experience!
Shipped with Purolator through freightcom.com and always Purolator miscalculate dimensions and charge almost double after getting package!

Horrible service. We own a small family business and have packages delivered to our location daily all other couriers call if they don’t know how to enter the building a Purolator the driver doesn’t even try to enter. He literally just stopped at the lobby. Door doesn’t call doesn’t buzz and then the package gets mishandled for a week you call customer service there’s zero help you go online to their portal and it’s absolutely of no help. You have to continuously open case after case and Purolator does nothing to expedite it.
Another give me your tracking number reply. I lodged a formal complaint and haven’t heard a thing back until I posted this review. I would pay extra to fed ex or ups to never use this company again.

Puralator Driver Lied. A company sent out a package inadvertaley to me wihtout my consent. Upon discussion, they told me I could refuse the package.
I cancelled other obligations just to wait around to refuse a package, I dont feel I should be responsible for.
The Driver lied to the front office and said he spoke to me, and I told him to leave the package at the front desk.
This has inconvenienced me and now I have to got through the rigors of getting a return label and waiting for a driver to pick back up the package.
With the driver lying, I was given no opportunity to refuse the delivery.
I have called and place a complaint with an agent, I won't put her name here.
She advised that she would sent it to the driver's manager. I also asked to speak to managment.
I asked her for a call back in a couple of days, as i have to get things done I postphoned today.
Its really a bad look when a companies driver lies so they can leave delivery with anyone and have anyone sign for it, without my consent.
If I could give this a minus rating I would.
