First time purchaser
After I placed my inital order, I placed a 2nd one right away (because I forgot item). I asked to have both orders combined to recieve free shipping on the 2nd order and they did exactly that .. and refunded the shipping fees on the 2nd order! This is my first time using Purl Soho yarn, its beautiful to work with. I will be buying from again.

I purchased a pattern for a tote bag (pdf) from them, and I absolutely love it! I've made several as gifts. The pattern is well written, and easy to follow.
I learned about this pattern from a tutorial by OklaRoots, who directed interested people to the Purl Soho pattern site.

Yarn great/pattern needs adjustment I love the yarn but I have found the…
I love the yarn but I have found the pattern for the caboodle bag turns out to have a greater circumference (24inches instead of 21inches) even though I am a very firm knitter. I am nearly finished the first skein and I am worried I may run out of yarn and have to unpick it all before knitting it again to reduce the bag width. I am wondering how much yarn I need to do the top binding and handles so I can make the bag as deep as possible but still have sufficient to finish the bag. I have finished many Purl Soho knitting projects without a problem.

This was my first Purl Soho order and I'm so happy I took a chance on this company! The customer service has been amazing and the yarn itself is excellent. I chose Linen Quill in the colorway Peachy Pink. I am knitting a summer tee and I couldn't be happier. Everything from the quality of this new-to-me yarn base to the bright, cheery pop of color has made me so happy! The absolute best online knitting/yarn and other craft products website and their customer service is always helpful with pattern questions, product questions, and they stick little gifts/samples in your orders sometimes. The sales are great and the product selection is incredible. They allow you to return items within a specified time too. Great free patterns and knitting patterns for purchase. My yarn is absolutely gorgeous
My yarn is absolutely gorgeous and feels so very dreamy. I ordered the naturally black Simply Alpaca, Cashmere Merino Bloom and 2 colors of Simply Yak, also all natural colors. The web page is easy to order from. In the past the customer service was outstanding in trying to match a yarn for me.
They also sent samples of Linen Quill, Cotton Pure and their sashiko thread (in 2 orders)! All yarn is of high quality and worth every penny.
